A tour not to miss. A day to fondly remember. - Very well structured route. Comfortable car, well mannered and experienced driver, the guide is very knowledgeable of the history, culture, life of the city. We saw a lot of beautiful and memorable sites, learned about the history and modern life of the city. The guide speaks perfect English. Very much recommend.

Another Satisfied Customer - Simo was a friendly and efficient driver who got us safely from Casablanca to Marrakech (and back) on time. His car was clean and comfortable. Youssef was an extraordinary guide in Marrakech. He seemed to have a thoughtful answer to every question our family of three asked, and he clearly loved both the city and his job. He also seemed to know EVERYONE in the medina, often greeting passersby by name. He made sure to show us places fancy and plain, popular places and spots off of the beaten path. It was a fulsome experience. The quad tour wasn't available on the day of our tour, which was fine because we wanted to ride camels. The experience lasted about 30 minutes, which was fine because it was so hot. Lasting longer would not have made the experience better, in my opinion.

Full Day in Marrakech! - After a comfortable and friendly drive from Casablanca to Marrakech we were met by our tour guide who gave us options on what to see. The rest of the day was filled with behind the scenes views of riads and markets. Was a great way to see Marrakech in a day!

Great drive and visit to Marrakech - Mr Simo was the best driver and guide - really helped my father and I have a safe ride and see the city. Saw all the major sites and had a fun camel ride.

Please improve your tours and don’t pressure people to write reviews while on tour! - I went on a tour from Casablanca to Marrakech. The driver kept asking me to write a good review while we were still on the trip. He wouldn't stop asking, so I felt like I had to do it. But now I've changed my mind and want to tell the truth. The tour was more about selling things than showing us around. The driver and the tour guide seemed to know the shops really well, like they were getting paid to take us there. I booked for a quad bike, but they made me go on a camel ride instead and it was supposed to be for 30 minutes, but it was only 10 minutes. I wanted to eat lunch in Marrakech, but the driver ignored the request and said we'd stop for food on the way back. However food at service stops are bad so I didn’t eat lunch. I think a lot of the good reviews for this tour aren't real. People probably felt pressured to write nice things like I did. I hope you can use this review to make your tours better.

Disappointment: Tourist Scam - One word to describe this experience: unfinished! A blatant tourist scam. We started the day with the collection after the indicated time, which was communicated to us the day before in a brief call, without justification. We were not given any indication of the itinerary or any changes to what was contracted. In this sense, our expectation was to visit the places scheduled for the tour (around 11, according to the description on Tripadvisor, and we only took a walk around the center of Marrakech, we visited Palácio da Bahia - the only place whose ticket was not covered in the travel package - and we did the camel trip). Regarding the pedestrian walk through the city, we highlight the fact that we were not given the opportunity to buy things in the markets, visit local shops or purchase any souvenirs, including THE FACT THAT WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO EVEN HAVE LUNCH. We had to ask the driver, around pick-up time (around 3pm) to stop somewhere for lunch, a request that was granted, but well after hours. Finally, be careful, because the camel ride is, in reality, a brief 10-minute ride outside Les Palmiers Garden. Furthermore, we highlight the fact that the camels did not seem to be in the best condition. The only positive point I have to highlight from this experience is the friendliness of our driver (Abdul).
