Great day … we could have easily spent 1-2 more hours! - Overall the tour was great and we’d do it again. But, if you’re looking to do a bit of shopping, you might want another hour.
Our car was 20 minutes late. I didn’t know until the end of the day that they had a flat tire, would have been nice to know, but it was out of their control.
We were tight on time so being 20 minutes late, changed the pace of the day and we felt rushed. We were mostly looking for Old Berber Jewelry. Our first stop was a tiny shop loaded with more than you can imagine!!! We spent an hour here going through the stacks of jewelry. At the end we had several pieces. The shop owner added up the total (we had no idea of the cost) and it came to $1,600! This is when you begin negotiating because it is a part of the culture. A little back and forth and we walked will everything for $200. That was fun! We went to 3-4 other shops and purchased nothing. That first stop was the best for us!
Having a private car/driver and guide was fantastic. They spoke good English, were very friendly, kind and made our day stress free (once they arrived).
Lastly, we had asked for a recommendation for a great Moroccan lunch at the end of our shopping. They recommend Dar El Kaid and the food was delicious!!! But keep in mind, they make everything fresh, so it takes about 30-40 minutes to get your good. We shared three items, which we were glad we tried, but there was a lot of good and we couldn’t eat it all! We finished the meal with some mint tea… the food was fantastic!
We paid for our own lunch, it was not included. And we paid a little extra for the driver to wait for us and then take us back to our ship.
It was worth every penny and it was a great day!

Best excursion ever! - Elharz was our guide and I Highly recommended him. So kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. Took us where we asked. He would interpret signs, and help with those that could not speak English. This guide and tour was the highlight of our trip! We hope to see him again one day.

Thank you Oussama ! - My cousin And a tour And our guide Was Oussama! Hé was very informative about thé shopping locations And Thé Casablanca area . Hé évent introduced us to a great resturant , thé food wad amazing. Hé was very patiente with us And allowed us to Shop frérot. I am à résidence to cassa unlike my cousin so I was able to tell Oussama exactly where we wanted to go. Hé was understanding And welcoming. Hé drove safe in thé héctic trafic. We felt safe. Kindest Tour Guide - Oussama - Me and my cousin booked for a shopping tour and was matched with Oussama! He was very patient with us. My cousin had taxi problems and waited patiently for her to arrive to my place. While in the car he gave explanations of what was outside. He took us to a great shop the first stop and we wanted something more traditional he was accommodating and took us to old Madina where me and my cousin were able to have lunch, go shopping and take plenty of photos. After he offered us to get coffee but we decided to go to the mall. Thank you so much Oussama. While in case I recommend to book specifically with Oussama

I’ll bring friends and tour again! - The Guide talked with me when we first met, to get a sense of my interests and then crafted a tour specifically tailored for me. It was a fantastic blend of history, culture, architecture and an introduction to the handicrafts of local artists .
