Great Tour! Thanks! - Magnificent tour! Our tour guide Khawla was knowledgeable and interesting while our driver Issam was efficient. Rabat is a beautiful city and we hit the main sights with a great lunch in a traditional riad! Premium Transfers and Tours was highly communicative, so I will be using them several times during this 2.5-week adventure!

Nice experience - This is an amazing trip, our guide Redwan provided a very informative and humorous guided tour, even we saw the beautiful sunset at Oudayas Old city. The driver is on time and kind, and the van is clean and decent. Generally, this is a professional tour that you can trust and choose.

Great tour guide! - What a great experience. Redouane was very knowledgeable and a great guide through Rabat. It is about a 90 minute drive up and back but short enough to get a great start to the day and reflect and ask questions on the way back.

A tour that can not miss with Samir as your tour guide. - Samir’s service is nothing short of first-class. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely committed to ensuring his clients have the best experience possible. He went above and beyond to make our day truly unforgettable, offering insights and recommendations that made the tour feel unique and personalized. I’ve been fortunate to travel all over the world for more than 20 years, meeting many good tour guides along the way. Out of all of them, Samir stands out as the very best—an extraordinary professional who sets a new standard for excellence. I was absolutely delighted to discover that Samir’s company not only provided exceptional airport transfer services but also offered city tours. After experiencing his professionalism as our driver, I was thrilled to have him as our city tour guide in Casablanca. I’ll undoubtedly request Samir’s services again when I return to Casablanca, and I’ll make sure to recommend him to everyone I know traveling to the city. If I could, I’d give this company 10 stars and Samir 20. Truly outstanding in every way!

Driver and Guide are great, the company has space to improve communication. - Pros and cons: Pros: The guide Redouane is friendly and knowledgeable. The driver Youssef is professional. Great tour and the good reviews are only for them! Con: The company didn't send out pickup confirmation until I reached out at 2330 at night. Also, the phone number listed on the booking site wasn't correct, and the message I sent via the booking site wasn't replied. I had to figure out the phone number myself to reach out to the company to realizethe pickup is moved up from 0800 to 0715. Then they claimed that they did send the pickup confirmation by sending me a screenshot of the booking confirmation without any apologies, seriously? Plus, they sent me a message at almost 0100am in the morning and expected me to reply to them, when the pickup is 0715? Not considerate either.

Not bad, but not best either - It is about 8 hours trip where you visit 4 locations in Rabat, all of them are worth to visit. It is worthed to pay an entrance fee for an open air mzseum with Roman ruins and medieval misque. And storks are a special bonus. At Royal Palacs you can see almost nithing, just a bit if garden and two fountains, skip it, if it isn't yours real a must. Kasba is nice, the best are views where river meets the ocean. Also an old medina isn't one of the best examples of its kind. Our driver drove safely, a big plus for him. The guide was average.
