Great trip and really great guide - Edison was a great guide, he kept us entertained on the way with lots of information about the history of Chile, the region and all the things we were seeing around us. He really looked after us and was very professional making sure we were all where we should be, when we should be. I speak only a little Spanish but he explained everything perfectly in both languages. The street art part of the tour was great, we had time to go up the elevator and explore a little on our own. I would have liked some information about some of the art but I understand the guide needed to stay with the van at times.. The wine tasting stop was a little bit boring as it was really just a stop at a shop selling overpriced stuff and there was no information about the wines. I don’t really like wine so I could be biased. :) I liked having time on the beach. I bought my lunch with me so was able to spend the whole hour and a half on the beach and in the beach bar having a beer which was a great end to a great day.

Great tour - The company informed us the previous night at which time the van would pick us up and kept direct communication at all times. Our guide Alexis was very nice and likeable and made interesting comments about the places we visited

Alexis is The BEST tour guide of Valparaiso! - We had an amazing tour of Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar thanks to our tour guide Alexis. He accommodated 3 different languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese) and made everyone feel welcome and included. He also learned English only 1 year prior and spoke so well! We highly recommend his tour and he is so friendly and caring! Beautiful art and sea views

It has been a very good excursion for a surprisingly low price, we have been very happy with the guide and the places - The tour turned out to be a nice surprise. There have been many tours offered with other companies for a much higher prices, but this one turned to be great and affordable at the same time - a rare combination. First of all - we were picked up on time, sharp. Then the guide, Jaime introduced himself, I was pleased to find his English being just perfect, so we understood everything and Thank God, we did, cause there have been so many interesting things he shared with us - about the history, culture, politics, economy of Chile during this tour,starting from the point he picked us up at a hotel in the center of the city. We went to the vine tasting first - a beautiful place, I should have bought something there, I realized latter. We went to Valparaiso then, and the other two locations, everything has been accomplished, as promised in the description, I have been SO MUCH HAPPY because I like when things are done as advertised. Other things I like were that he gave us some free time to relax in a cafe and on a beach, so we had a fresh air and had a time to eat with the rest of the group. We made talks with others in the group- nice people from different places, was a good socialization time, too. Overall, the excursion is really well- planned and performed, the guide has been superb, and the places themselves worth seeing. Really recommended!

Would recommend - Lovely tour from Santiago to Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar with Jaime. Fantastic guide - very knowledgeable and accommodating and a really good level of English. Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely day trip! - Jaime was our tour guide and we had a wonderful time during the whole day! We met all the tourist spots and enjoyed the experience! We definitely recommend it.

Discover Valparaiso - Wonderful tour. Alexis was a very helpful guide, he gave all the information about the places and tourist attractions.

Not very memorable - The only part of the tour that was worthwhile was the town of Valparaiso. The wine tasting is basically a store / bathroom break. You drive by Casablanca. Not worth mentioning. Reñaca was where we had lunch. It was ok food but not worth traveling 2 plus hours too.
