Excellent Family Tour - The tour excellent, but otherwise excellent our Guide Alexis, we traveled together to my parents and enjoyed it so much. They felt so comfortable with the experience they already wanted to return to do another one! The magnificent places as well as the views. It is definitely highly recommended to go as a family, if preparing to walk for a long time. Up and down stairs. We are so grateful for the day we live today!

Fun tour to Valparaiso y Viña - Tour was great. We had a chance to walk around Valparaiso and see some murals. We enjoyed Valentina's explanations and energy.

Great day out with a great guide - We had a great day out. Alexis was an excellent guide. We saw everything that was described and it was well paced with enough time to see everything. Alexis explained everything to us in English and took good care of us. His English was easy to understand and he was very friendly and helpful. He even helped take videos and photos for the group to share on WhatsApp.

Beautiful city Viña del Mar, but Valparaiso did not like it so much. - Our Guide, Ignacio, was excellent. It was certainly the best part of the trip, with its contributions on history, and curiosities about the cities, their inhabitants, etc. The stunning views, and the only thing I didn't like was the restaurant where they booked for lunch.

Painting tour - The tour went as planned. The agency and the Guide contacted the day before, organizing the times and places of collection for everyone. They were very punctual. The ride becomes long pq takes a long time to collect and return all on your points. The Guide only spoke Spanish, but we had no problems understanding. Most of the points we saw passing by buses just because of the rain. I really ⁇ walking through Valparaiso, very picturesque. The Guide passed interesting information about the local history and Chile, but I thought I missed giving more attention to the local graphite and art. The Guide was very kind and attentive, but I would suggest that you avoid using so repeatedly the phrase "which..." that makes the speech confusing. The best option I made was to go on excursion, because alone it is very easy to get lost and go to some dangerous street. Port city, all care is little.

Site itinerary is not real, false information - The tour is cool, the Guide Valentina fantastic, but it is nothing like the itinerary that appears here on the site. The stops mentioned at each point simply do not exist. The only ones were the walk, the lunch, Casablanca and the flower clock.. everything else is seen from inside the bus. For me it was a lost day!
