Wine tasting between Valpariso and Santiago - Stopped here on our way back to Santiago from Valpariso. Christopher gave a wonderful tour of the vineyard and was very knowledgeable on the process of the winemaking. He had a nice approach to the tasting, asking us what we smelled and tasted and giving what others have said in the past. Really appreciated this because we all have different foods and smells that we're familiar with. My husband and I usually aren't white wine people, but we found that we liked the Chardonnay the best of all of the wines at the tasting - nice buttery finish. Fascinating learning all the different aspects that go into making this vineyard organic and sustainable. Highly recommend!

CHILE EXPERIENCE - Chile Experience was my best choice of trip! Simply flawless! We close three tours: Farellones, Valle Nevado e Casas Del Bosque. It was the only agency that made Casas Del Bosque which is one of the best wineries in the world! I loved too much! Inside there is a restaurant that is the Tanino and it was the best food I have tasted in Chile! The red Velvet cake with raspberry ice cream is surreal. The tours are private and the guides super polite and very punctual. They always arrived in advance! The new cars, extremely comfortable. They served water during the journey and stopped whenever we asked for photos. In addition, we left a little later for the tours, 7h to the parks and 9h to Vinícola. And we arrived at the same time as the Vans. This made the trip much less exhausting as we can wake up a little later. Anyway, you can buy with your eyes closed. I indicate too much!

Good surprise - We arrived in Santiago with rain and snow and none of the tours we had booked could be done, but still the trip was wonderful! As it was 4 days of travel, without their help ⁇ would not have been so fun! Thank you very much for the caring, the attention of the drivers and the care with the choices. We really love it!

Great tour, great place. - My wife and I loved this place and Jorge, our driver was the best. First class transportation and when it comes to the lunch it was amazing. When I booked the tour, the communication with Miguel was great. We went first to Bodegas del Bosque, have the tour and then lunch. For us, that was enough, so decided not to attend the other bodegas.

Winery experience - Excellent experience. Excellent wines and a very detailed guided tour. The transport was excellent with the driver Cristian, very helpful and attentive. All tours booked with the company were excellent.

Personalized tour! - My experience was excellent! Sérgio served us very well and Miguel was always present and helpful when called upon. I was able to customize my tour and I was very happy and grateful for that! I recommend!

WONDERFUL experience! - It was the tour I loved the most so far! The winery is very beautiful, I took the tour with wine tasting and a tour of the wine production. The guy who explained everything there was sweet, super kind and speaks very easy to understand Spanish. The restaurant's food is ABSURD delicious! The whole experience was very enjoyable, and Miguel is very sweet and attentive. I LOVED IT ❤️

Beautiful grounds - Impressive grounds with beautiful flowers and fountains. Maria was a fantastic tour guide. Simple wine tasting. Wish they would have brought out the more fancy wines. The gift store was nice, with a lot of options. I felt it was a little overpriced for a wine opener and 2 things of chocolate was around 30 usd. We had fantastic weather and it was nice walking through the winery.

Very charming winery - Very pleasant tour, in a winery with delicious wines. All care from the team where we don't worry about anything, just drinking good wines and learning great stories. Guide Ariel, from the Chile Experience team, very attentive, helpful and friendly! Excellent experience!

APPALLING - Many aspects wrong Coordinated by this agency. The driver they sent had not informed him where we were going or how many vineyards, when we arrived at Bodegas del Conde it took us 10 minutes to find out that they had reserved us, the explanation and the wines were very good but the restaurant service was something worse than bad. From sitting in the sun to toast like bread because this is the table reserved by the agency to the delay for the food that I expressly ordered outside à la carte and the agency did not inform the restaurant either. Normal food nothing memorable. When we left the first vineyard, the driver was going to take us back to Santiago. They also did not inform him that we had the RE winery tasting. In summary FATAL the coordination seems to have no experience in this type of tours and NOT recommended the TANINO restaurant. I appreciate the kindness of the manager Mariana of Casa del Bosque who tried to improve our experience but it was too late. I do not recommend this tour at all, at least with this agency
