Nice tour - We had a good time on the tour seeing unique places. Our guide Bastian was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had to speak three languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese) and did it great. Also, he had a surprise stop at the end of the tour which was cool!

Great day in Valpairso - Christopher was excellent and worked with us adapting the tour to our preferences and timing. The Driver (Luz so?) was great made things work with our timing and avoided an annual event which closes highways and streets. Highlights were interesting. Valparaiso is beautiful if you like art of all kinds particular “street style.”

Amazing day visiting Valparaiso and Vina del Mar city - We had an amazing day with our Tour Guide Pablo and Driver DJ Rodrigo. From start to finish it was very well organized Pablo sent me a group invite to WhatApp, picked us up from our hotel, and then we headed off to Valparaiso. We walked around the city where he showed us the different art/graffiti, we saw seals and pelicans and fish sold at an outdoor market. Then he made suggestions for lunch. On the whole I was very impressed by the information he provided and he was very protective of us since we were his 'babies'. He took pictures and shared them with us. Along with that, he provided valuable information on where to eat/shop in Santiago. I would highly recommend this trip. Our Driver DJ Rodrigo is an experience driver.

It was excelent trip thanks to the driver and guide Christian. He really has knowledge , skills and attitude. - 5 out of 5 . Christian is an excelent guide as well as driver. Since the pick up he described the relevant places and history of Santiago. Later on the route he did and once we reached Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar we stopped at different places and he explained each one. Thanks Christian for the journey.

Language issue - Tour was mostly in Spanish, in which I am not very fluent. Guide spoke enough Englis that I generally understood what we were looking at and when to record van.

A Great Experience - Our driver, Esteban, was very personable and the ride was safe, comfortable and relaxing. Christopher, my guide, is excellent. He’s very personable and easy connects with people, even with introverts such as myself. His knowledge is broad, beyond just architecture, geology, history, culture, cuisine and flora and fauna. Further, he is quite artistic and captured many fantastic pictures and videos of me at our destinations. I feel as though I got to see and experience everything I wanted and I have fantastic photos and videos to preserve the memories. Definitely a great value and a very enjoyable time.

Private tour to Valapariso & Vina Del Mar - We booked through Viator, a private tour with guide Franco and driver Pablo. The whole day was great from start to finish. Franco met us promptly and Pablo’s car was clean and comfortable. Franco was engaging throughout. We stopped for breakfast and a toilet stop and fed some llamas. On to Valapariso, some history about the city and a really enjoyable walking tour with lots of interesting facts that perhaps other guides won’t tell you. Plenty of murals and lots to see and learn. Lunch was a short drive on in attractive Vina Del Mar, looking out on to the Pacific Ocean. Before heading back to Santiago we enjoyed a spectacular viewpoint of both Valapariso and Vina Del Mar. Would highly recommend the tour and especially Franco and Pablo.

A great get out of Santiago excursion - So a great way to see the coast and get out of Santiago. Vina del Mar was more what I was expecting Chile to be like as a first time visitor. The highlights were seeing a real Moai and having almost 2 hours on the beach via skipping a lunch. The price was right and the hostess was very knowledgeable. It was the second best thing we did on our vacation.

Budget-friendly way to explore 2 interesting coastal cities - Overall great way to experience the Chilean coast on a tight timeline and budget. Because the van couldn’t park in one place very long in Valparaiso (tight streets), we got on and off the van a lot. Would’ve preferred a longer walking tour instead. The Flower Clock in Vina Del Mar wasn’t very interesting. I much preferred seeing the authentic moai from Easter Island. Lunch was in a nice spot that had great views and good food but on the pricier side for a lunch. Our guide was great and managed leading the tour in Spanish and English quite well. Comfortable, air-conditioned van. Pickup was very early for us because we stayed in Vitacura.

Very unprofessional! - The tour driver José and the tour guide Ignacio were very unprofessional. They arrived around 45 minutes late at the pickup point and rushed us to the places of interest to make up for lost time. The driver was very reckless and made us feel unsafe because he was constantly speeding and swerving in and out of traffic. He was also very distracted in his conversation with the guide and some passengers, which often included political talk that had no place in a tour like this. The music in the vehicle was usually very loud and made it hard to understand what the guide was saying; he didn't have a microphone, so it was hard to hear him even without the music. The listing of this tour says that there's an option in English, but the guide was barely able to introduce himself in my native language. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this tour or any tour where José and Ignacio are involved because, although they treated us respectfully, their lousy work ethic is dangerous.
