Loved it! - Rafael was such a fun tour guide. He definitely kept everyone energetic and happy with his music and stories about the history of Valparaiso/Viña Del Mar. We got to see so many different things and the restaurant by the beach was great. Definitely a must for anyone visiting Chile!!

Fun and informative - Carol, our tour guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She explained clearly and in an interesting manner the history of the areas we visited. There were lots of little details, Carol was quick to point out. When we took breaks, she would explain about traditional and or local foods of the area and of Chile. Adrien, our driver, did his best to communicate with us with his limited english, which was a nice added touch. His driving skills were good. Thanks to both of them, they found our binoculars and returned them to us the next day.

So glad we did it!!! - The tour was fantastic Raphael ( guide) was great. gave commentary in Spanish, Portuguese and English and was very patient with us slowpokes. Every stop was interesting but the wine tasting at 8 am was a Lille strange. The walking tour in Valparaiso was incredible. We felt safe at all the stops. We had lunch at a beautiful spot right on the ocean in Vina Del Mar. Back to Santiago by 5:30 . Filipe (driver) must be the most patient person I ever met. In the whole 11 hours I don’t think he used the horn once!! Overall. Great Tour!!

Nice tour - We had a good time on the tour seeing unique places. Our guide Bastian was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had to speak three languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese) and did it great. Also, he had a surprise stop at the end of the tour which was cool!

Great day in Valpairso - Christopher was excellent and worked with us adapting the tour to our preferences and timing. The Driver (Luz so?) was great made things work with our timing and avoided an annual event which closes highways and streets. Highlights were interesting. Valparaiso is beautiful if you like art of all kinds particular “street style.”

Amazing day visiting Valparaiso and Vina del Mar city - We had an amazing day with our Tour Guide Pablo and Driver DJ Rodrigo. From start to finish it was very well organized Pablo sent me a group invite to WhatApp, picked us up from our hotel, and then we headed off to Valparaiso. We walked around the city where he showed us the different art/graffiti, we saw seals and pelicans and fish sold at an outdoor market. Then he made suggestions for lunch. On the whole I was very impressed by the information he provided and he was very protective of us since we were his 'babies'. He took pictures and shared them with us. Along with that, he provided valuable information on where to eat/shop in Santiago. I would highly recommend this trip. Our Driver DJ Rodrigo is an experience driver.

It was excelent trip thanks to the driver and guide Christian. He really has knowledge , skills and attitude. - 5 out of 5 . Christian is an excelent guide as well as driver. Since the pick up he described the relevant places and history of Santiago. Later on the route he did and once we reached Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar we stopped at different places and he explained each one. Thanks Christian for the journey.

Not as enjoyable as I thought it would be - While Valparaiso is very pretty and happy I was able to tour, I didn't really like the tour company I used. Maybe it’s the same for all tour companies but not sure why we had to be picked up at 6:30 AM. We didn’t get to have breakfast at the hotel and had to buy over priced crappy food at a very touristy spot, very ridiculous! Originally we were supposed to get picked up at 7:30 AM and cleared we were getting picked up 6:30 instead at 8:30 PM the night before, we had to water no food, seeing places were very rushed except when we were taken to a very expensive restaurant by the beach with limited menu. Just a bit of advise, if we’re paying for our own lunch, we should have a choice of where to eat, not have to pay $25-$30 for a meal.
