Tour to Viña del Mar - 100% recommended tour! Our guide was very funny, with good vibes and interesting facts. In Viña del Mar we visited the Flower Clock and the beaches, and in Valparaiso we toured its hills full of art and color. Everything was well organized, with time for photos and enjoy each place. At the end, we ate at a delicious restaurant with amazing views. Great experience! 😊🙌🏼

First international trip, magnificent - The landscapes are amazing, moments that remained eternal in memory.
It was a very special first international trip, I was with the love of my life (Adriana), along with a group of wonderful people, and for all this incredible experience provided us with a spectacular guide named Franco Spinoza, attentive and helpful.

Amazing trip with an Excellent GUIDE - It was an amazing trip and became more perfect yet with our Guia Franco, we were lost and finding him and closing the tour with him was sensational, he gave us confidence and exercised an excellent job, showing the city, talking about the tourist attractions, taking agent to take the best photos, I just have to thank the excellent professional, I will definitely indicate and I will come more often to Chile and ask that my guide be the franco.

Go with guide! It makes all the difference! - Unforgettable tour. The Rocío guide demonstrated a lot of historical and local knowledge, leaving everything even better. The place is beautiful, with lots of street arts.

Beautiful Day in Valpo + - Nice walk. With walks in the streets and stairs.
Quiet group. With very friendly guide.
It was only in Valparaiso to pick up the Funicular.

Special tour I take with me as a souvenir ❤️ - The tour was spectacular!!! Very organized and fun. The places we visited were beautiful and picturesque, full of history, art and meaning. I want to thank Rocio for his charisma, infectious joy, patience and valuable information he gave us!! Also to Victor the firefighter for his good disposition and excellent handling. I take this souvenir tour in my heart! ❤️

Valparaiso is top - We really liked Valparaiso, we would stay longer in Valparaiso than spending the afternoon in Reñana. For Brazilians the beaches are not so interesting.

More hurry tour I've taken - On time for departure, activities were missing from the itinerary posted on WWW.SANTIAGOTOURS.ORG, it seemed that someone was in a hurry to finish. They said 5 minutes to take pictures or buy souvenirs, and 2 minutes passed and they told us, let's go. It is indicated in itinerary return at 5 pm, as we return at 2 pm. If I said so in writing, I have no problem, but that's not what was offered. We didn’t go to Pablo Neruda’s house, we just saw it passing through, we didn’t go to the cafeteria back to Santiago, all very fast with the feeling of just not taking the picture and let’s go. They left me owing and not because they treated me badly, I have no complaint, it is because I lacked more explanations and especially what is specified in what is offered.

overall very bad experience - Overall very bad experience. I would not recommend. Weren't notified until middle of the night that our pick up would be much later than stated on the original tour voucher. Very tourist trap-ish feeling with all the stops and activities feeling very canned. Most stops were very short, not a lot of local history given by the guide, all stops went by vendors on the street. None of the shops in Valparaiso were open. Guide smoked the entire time - so gross. Wasn't able to answer basic questions, seemed like he was just happy to have the tour over with.
