Two Uruguayans - Lovely ride, beautiful people. Punctual, at least, comfortable seats. Visit the essential places between Valparaíso and Viña del mar. Some more stops, in Valparaíso, would not be bad. Wear some coat.

Great experience - We made the tours to Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso and also to Farellones. Everything went very well, they picked us up at the agreed time and the guides Mari and Ivan very attentive and prudent at the wheel. We love the ride. I recommend the company.

Nice tour - Viña and Valparaiso are definitely places to visit. Marianela was an excellent Guide and Driver, and fulfilled the itinerary super well. Then I wanted to hire another tour with the company, but unfortunately the answer was not effective, although I wrote directly to WhatsApp, and had to resolve on my own.

Improve the places visited during the tour - Most tourists have the illusion of knowing the Amphitheater of the Fifth Vergara and during the tour the Guide did not take us to know it even from outside, we also could not visit the house of Pablo Neruda in Valparaiso and did not visit the Pier Vergara one of the characteristic places of Viña del Mar only stopped in a not very nice place of the beach, my appreciation was that the Guide wanted to return soon to Santiago, I write this review as an improvement during this tour and that tourists can know in their visit the best of Chile.

Claim - I find it disrespectful that they're so late to pick us up. When I bought the ticket it said they would meet us at 6:30 am and arrived at 10:10 am. I understand that the schedules may change a little, but more than 3 and a half hours? is too much. That morning delay caused me to arrive at my home three hours later than stipulated. Instead of arriving at 18:00, as was established from the beginning, I arrived at 21:00, which cut me off all afternoon-night. As a passenger, you are organized from the schedules that are on your page and so much delay changes all day. Too bad about that. If you ask me if I recommend this tour and the agency, I do not recommend it to anyone just because of the delay. Also, at lunchtime we were taken to a very expensive restaurant. I understand that we’re tourists and we’re supposed to be “silver”, but it can’t be that I have to spend more than $20,000 just to go to a restaurant to eat. There are many places where it can cost a little cheaper and I don’t think I have to spend the same as the tour, in one meal.
