Ride to the sky! - Overall a great experience. Breathtaking and awe inspiring. Directions for pickup was clear and Joe arrived right on time. We enjoyed his narrative during the ride. Do not hesitate to use this business. Be sure to dress in layers. It does get cold!

Outstanding! - Joe and his wife Amanda were outstanding from the initial email. The emails were responded to right away and all of my questions that I had were answered in full.
The tour itself was amazing! Joe is all about safety and making sure his customers are well taken care of. And as a mom with two children we were definitely well taken care of. Joe is very knowledgeable and we had a great time! Thank you. We will definitely book again with Buggy Tours LLC.

Awesome Family Experience - Our group had a great ride up the mountain in the Jeep. We felt safe and enjoyed all the extra information Joe offered up throughout the trip. The meeting point instruction was clear and easy to find. It is quite the journey up there and super scenic. I was hoping for more stops along the way to get out and take pictures and also think more time (at least 45 mins) at the top would be great to be able to see everything and visit the cafe and gift shop. Incredible experience with a great driver!

Breathtaking Views - Joe, our Jeep tour guide was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience magical. Loved that there were blankets, water and protein bars offered to us during our journey. Joe took wonderful care of us. I would definitely recommend this tour to others planning to visit Pikes Peak.

Jeep tour to Pike’s Peak - Joe was a very safe and knowledgeable driver and tour guide. There was a great deal of snow at the top, which was neat. Joe made sure to answer all our questions about the area - he seems to love his work.

Partial Tour of Pikes Peak - On May 18, 2024 we booked this tour. I was accompanied by my wife and our four year old granddaughter. We knew that the weather conditions were going to be cool with the possibility of rain. Our driver/guide seemed knowledgeable about this tour on Pikes Peak. The tour was to be approximately four hours long, however due to snowy conditions on the summit, our tour was cut short by about two hours. Of course, we were disappointed that we did not reach the summit however we totally understand that safety is paramount.
I feel that because this was an incomplete tour, we should receive some kind of monetary credit for use in the future. Spending $260 for two hours just doesn't seem right to me and a goodwill gesture of a credit would seem appropriate.

Poor Customer Service - We booked a tour with Buggy Tours for Pikes Peak. First off, when booking, no one told me that the tour price did not include the $15 a person charge ($30 for us both) to get through the gates on the mountain. I shouldn't have assumed that was included so, that's somewhat on me. However it should have been mentioned.
The bad part was, half way up the road, the park closed the road due to heavy snow and hail at the top. Now, I totally understand Buggy Tours is not responsible and has no control over the weather, however, not one word was said about any partial refund or any discount on another try in the days to follow. It was a "too bad so sad" kinda of attitude. We were NOT looking for a total refund but not a word was mentioned about any options. $180 for a 20 minute ride to a gift shop half way up and back. Not Right!
