We will meet at Cascais Routes Base for a little introduction before we start our cycling adventure!.

Sintra-Cascais Natural Park possesses extraordinary conditions for mountain biking. Your mountain biking guide will make sure you enjoy the magnificent trails and landscapes this land we call home offers, no matter your fitness condition or riding level.

• WHAT TO BRING: Sun protector, water and comfortable clothes. Don’t forget your camera! you will come across some magical spots to photograph.

You don’t need to bring any mountain bike gear. We provide mountain bike and helmet.

If you are in Lisbon area you cannot miss visiting Cascais. To make the most out of your day you can combine the mountain bike experience with walking along beautiful cobbled streets in Cascais and swimming in its great beaches. We are locals and we will be very happy to share tips on where to go or eat with you.
