On this day, participants will gather at Praia da Duquesa in Cascais. Upon arrival, they will meet the instructor and fellow swimmers for a safety briefing and a discussion about the swimming lesson. For beginner swimmers, private coaching sessions are available.
An acclimatisation swim will take place nearby before embarking on an adventure along the Cascais coast, covering distances from 1.5km or more, depending on the swimmer’s ability and preference for a short or long-distance swim. Swimmers will enjoy the crystal-clear waters and the breathtaking view of the entire Bay of Cascais.
The session will last for 1 hour, including time for warm-up, gathering, and enjoying a hot tea after the water session. Swim buoys are provided, and wetsuit rentals are available if needed. The instructor will swim alongside participants, offering full support and filming them for further analysis of their technique.
