Highlights
- Alameda Duquesa de Palmela 175A - This is a small group activity (up to 5 participants).
We will find our way in calm paths into the forest, away from the crowds. We will reach Peninha, a former monastery with the best view in the region. We will travel from the Cascais Market to the Sintra Forest via a path that will put you in the center of a rural setting complete with sheep, horses, and local vegetable gardens. When we reach Peninha Convent, which offers a 360-degree panorama of the area, we will have traveled via Quinta do Piso and up the Sintra Forest.
After that, we’ll proceed to Guincho Beach, where we can stop for a leisurely lunch (not included), before moving on to the popular but stunning Boca do Inferno, Cascais Old Town, and finally returning to our starting point. We can take infants and kids (0 to 6 years old) in a very comfortable bike trailer (with suspension and reclinable seats!).

Perfect Activity for families with Older Children - Amazing bike ride on small hills and country routes around Cascais. Our offspring are young adults now, 20 and 17 years old; so it was a perfect day out for our family! The route started in Cascais train station, where we met Juliano, our guide, an experienced biker that know very well the region. Our bikes and helmets were ready for us, even with a water bottle on each bike holder. The whole trip took a bit longer than 5 hours but we had several breaks for photos, snacks, fresh water from the natural water fountain from the hills, and lunch in a restaurant by Guincho' beautiful beach. The views was astonishing! I never been keen on ebikes but I confess that riding an electric bike was definitely the best choice to ride up those hills and the length of the trip. All of us would go again, really worth to go!

Fantastic way to spend a day! - Rodrigo provided an outstanding e-bike experience for us! We felt well cared for from start to finish. The bikes were comfortable, Rodrigo safely guided us on a fun route through back streets, trails and forests to a spectacular coastal viewpoint, and took us to a fantastic lunch spot on the beach. When we got back to Cascais he instructed us on how to easily catch the train back to downtown Lisbon. The excursion was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal!

Incredible E-bike ride in Cascais!!!!!! - Rodrigo is a fabulous tour guide. He took our family of four on a 4 hour, 16 mile beautiful E-bike ride through the city and to the top of the mountain to see incredible views. During the entire trip, he was an amazing and entertaining tour guide, even for our teenage kids. Would recommend highly to anyone visiting the area. He was fluent in English and a genuinely wonderful person! Would do again in a heartbeat!

Best vacation day - This was a fantastic day. I would suggest you are comfortable on a bike and up for a beautiful ride. The e-bikes were easy to use and lunch at the beach restaurant a highlight

We had a great time. The views were beautiful. The best part was the custom video he made during the ride and sent us. - The ride was wonderful. He took us on secret trails. The views were beautiful. My girls loved the ride. He made us a great video of the entire day and sent it to us. It was a great day.

Great experience! - Rodrigo has curated a wonderful e-bike experience! We started in Cascais and made our way through back trails and roads to the top of a mountain in Sintra. Then we stopped for lunch at a beautiful and delicious beach restaurant. The bikes are top notch! I am 57 and in decent shape but haven’t been on a bike in 10 years and had no problem with the 22 mile excursion. There were some big hills that were a little out of my comfort zone but the bikes took care of us! Highly recommend!

Fantastic! Just as advertised. - This tour was great, Rodrigo was the most patient and knowledgeable guide we could have. The bikes were wonderful and set up for us individually. Our group was only 3 riders + Rodrigo, so we have a very pleasant ride and saw the sites in the hills above Sintra and the coast of Cascais. We stop for lunch at a very secluded and tasty cafe with great views of the beach. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Awesome tour! - We had a lovely time on this ebike tour! Juliano was a great guide. The views were breathtaking! We went from incredibly beautiful pine filled mountains to the sunny shores of the ocean. Well worth it!

Ohio goes to Lisbo! - Rodrigo was phenomenal. I didn’t know what to expect, since I’ve never ridden an e-bike before, but it was so fun and easy to learn!
No need to wear biking gear, but I would recommend something sporty. That being said, I did bike the entire 23 miles in Birkenstocks with no complaints!
Rodrigo took us to a great lunch spot on the beach in Cascais and we saw some amazing scenery throughout the entire adventure!
