Following the hands-on experience, comes the highlight: savoring the orecchiette paired with a glass of wine and seasonal Apulian accompaniments like turnip tops, rabbit sauce, farinella, and more. The session spans roughly 2 hours. Upon completion, participants receive the Academy’s certificate and apron as mementos, and a concise cookbook to recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
