After a warm welcome and a short presentation, the master ice cream maker Giordy Babbo will start with an explanation of what the world of ice cream is, with particular attention to the new trend in the gastronomic world; after which you will begin to produce two flavors of ice cream with his help. Tomato sorbet, cucumber, mint and melon, burratina with caramelized figs … these are just some of the flavors that you can find in this unforgettable experience.
