Must do! - We had a great time at the vineyard! The first part was an interesting explanation about the region of Barolo and the different types of Nebbiolo. The second part was an extensive tasting. Thank you for the amazing afternoon, would definitely recommend!

Highlight of the trip, thanks carlo! - Carlo was spectcaular, highlight of the trip. Carlo knew everything there is to know about wine and the vineyard. We got lucky and ended up with a private tour which was so lovely. We got to taste 8 wines and 2 spirits alongside some local meat, cheeses, the olive oil they produce and the olives, bread and biscuits made from hazelnuts they grow as well as the hazelnuts themselves. We turned up and the booking agent had not told Carlo we were coming and yet he had a table ready in less than 10 minutes, we couldn’t have asked him to be any more accommodating. We would highly recommend to anyone. We traveled from Turin and it was worth the hour trip and we would definitely come again. Thank you Carlo!

Very nice experience - 2nd visit to this cellar, this time with family. We went back because we really enjoyed it! Complete explanations on the exploitation of wines & grape varieties, many wines for tasting and served with cheeses and dried meats, the quality ratio is excellent!

Exceeded expectations, great value, personable - Wonderful tour by Carlo at his family winery, Sobrero Vini. Our tour was scheduled for Sunday morning and we were the only people to join, so it was private and personable. He is incredibly knowledgeable of their wine and the region. The tasting was better than expected and we bought 2 bottles and their farmed hazelnuts on our way out. We stayed at another vineyard so we had to taxi to the vineyard, which was a little pricey (40 EUR), but expected for the area cabs. We did other tours in the area and this one far outweighed the others.

Slow food is delicious in cold climates - Piedmont is an area where artisan cuisine and wine such as Nebiolo are regional specialties. Slow food has evolved as a way of presenting wonderful specialties, it's become a manner of using local ingredients that leads Italy, indeed the world. Slow food is favored by locals and visitors who appreciate artisan cuisine. We enjoyed slow food, it's quite delicious, particularly in colder climates.

tour and wine tasting with a hospitable wine family. - The two of us were guests at the wine farm. The tour guide took his time and showed us around the wine vines. After the tour came the wine tasting in combination with local snacks. We tasted more wines than was stated in the booking, which we certainly appreciated. The local snacks were delicious. Definitely worth recommending.
