• Dunas De Corralejo - A popular filming location! This is where the incredible movie Wonder Woman was shot.

Join us to witness the spectacular 10 kilometers of white coral beaches.

If time and weather permit, we’ll pause for a few minutes on the beaches!

• Ajuy - It’s lunchtime! Enjoy a meal at a local Canarian restaurant with the group.

Lunch isn’t included, but the local Canarian beachside restaurants offer affordable and delicious local fish, goat meat, cheese, and more.

• Playa de Pozo Negro - Visit a local goat farm and have the chance to buy fresh local cheese.

• Mirador de las Peñitas - Marvel at nature’s wonders here… and perhaps spot some chipmunks.

• Monumento Natural de Ajuy - Explore the famous caves!
  What a fantastic setting. Walk to the natural caves or relax on the terrace with a refreshing sangria.

• Mirador Astronómico de Sicasumbre - Enjoy an incredible panoramic view from South Jandia! Simply indescribable.

We’ll stop for viewing if the weather is favorable!

• Mirador Guise y Ayose - A stunning stop with a view, featuring two statues of the Guanches that spark the imagination!
• Betancuria - Take time to enjoy… Stroll around and soak in the charm of the old village. Visit the Santa Maria Cathedral (ticket €2), if open, enjoy a coffee break, or go shopping!

• Ermita de la Peña Trail - Discover the beautiful little church of Fuerteventura’s Virgin de la Peña.

If time allows and the church is open, we’ll visit the Ermita de la Peña.

• Iglesia Catedral de Santa Maria de Betancuria - A beautiful old church/museum from 1410, once the Cathedral of the Canary Islands. Entrance is €2, cash only!
• Monumento a Miguel de Unamuno - Admire the beautiful statue of the famous writer from Bilbao on Mount Quemada.
• Vega de Río Palmas - Known for the film Exodus and the Church of La Peña. Your guide will share all the details.
• Pájara - Pájara is a historically significant location in Fuerteventura. A place of nobility and city palaces.
  Pájara is situated on the southern side of the Betancuria mountain range / Parque Rural de Betancuria. The village has around 1,100 residents and is historically significant in Fuerteventura. Noble families have left city palaces here with typical Canarian wooden balconies.
• Montaña de Tindaya - An impressive old volcano. The multilingual local guide has a fascinating old story to share with you.
• Montaña Roja - A stunning ancient red volcano, standing 340 meters high. Your guide will provide all the details.
• Puerto del Rosario - We drive past the capital, through the center, and along the large port. The guide will share the intriguing stories here.
• La Oliva - Located in the north of the island, it includes the islet of Lobos in its municipal area, making it the second-largest municipality in the Canary Islands and the second most populated on the island, after Puerto del Rosario.
  It was the island capital from 1834, replacing Betancuria, until the capital moved to Puerto del Rosario in 1860.
• Montaña de Escanfraga - A magnificent volcano, 540 meters high. Tough, tall, and powerful. Your guide will tell you all about it.

Heading SOUTH, we will stop at the spectacular 30 km long white beach of Sotavento.

In the NORTH, experience the incredible natural dunes and popcorn beaches.

In the WEST, take a stroll in the historic old capital, the village of Betancuria. In Ajuy, enjoy a 45-minute off-road walk to the magnificent caves. If you prefer, you can relax with a drink on the terrace overlooking the beach.

There is also time for hungry and thirsty travelers.

It’s a large island, so there may be longer periods in the minibus. However, there’s never a dull moment!
