Pigeon island trip - Prompt pick up, driven to the adventure safely. Guide was excellent and passionate about the history of the island. Offered refreshments and returned to location safely

Trip was canceled - Unfortunately; the trip was cancelled by the host. I received a message from the host 30 minutes prior to pick up stating; the driver had a terrible car accident and broke both legs in route to picking up our party. The host did not have another driver available to pick us up in time for the trip. We were very sympathetic of the unfortunate situation. However; we were refunded immediately and the host apologized for the inconvenience. Our prayers for the driver.

Excellent tour with A+ tours - We had an amazing trip with Andy who looked after us very well. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history, the flora and fauna and the landscape. All questions were answered with a smile. Andy met us as arranged and took us to Pigeon Island showing us local places of interest during the journey and giving photo opportunities. We had a very informative tour of the fort and then had some free time on the beach. Andy was flexible with route and timings which was ideal. We would strongly recommend booking with A + tours. Great day excursion - Excellent day ship excursion. Driver was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed with us and gave us a guided tour of pigeon island hike in the national park. Provided complimentary refreshments and bananas for refuelling after the hike to the top. You can do as much or little as you want, followed by a nice few hours on the beach m. Brilliant highly recommend.

Great morning! - Our guide Javan was excellent. Very helpful and personable. The hike was spectacular and good snorkelling too. The beer was a welcome offering after a good trek up the mountain!

Excellent guide with extra view points - Andy met me at the port as arranged and took me to Pigeon Island for day trip. Since we were not rushed for time, he also took me to a viewpoint overlooking the Atlantic coast and past the athletic stadium, with a quick stop at a grocery store! Pigeon Island (entrance $10) was quite beautiful with a nice hike to top of fort and down a different trail back to snorkeling on a beautiful beach. Saw several varieties of fish just using goggles. Water was beautiful. Andy was a terrific guide, informative and responsive and concerned for my well being in the heat. Highly recommend this trip away from the "cruise crowds".

Fort Rodney and More - Andy met us at the entrance to the Pigeon Island National Landmark and guided us and another couple through the fort. Are provided us with a lot of history and useful information about the fort. The pace was perfect, so I was able to take as many photos as I wanted. It was a beautiful day and the views from the top were lovely. After we finished touring the fort, Andy drove us to the east end of the island where we got some spectacular views. While admiring the landscape he filled us in on the government's actions to protect parts of the island from development. He was knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent guide. If we return to St. Lucia we will definitely contact him.

Fort Rodney and More - Andy was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we enjoyed spending the morning with him.

Scam, don't risk it! - The driver for this "tour" was great, couldn't fault him. But Pigeon Island National Park wouldn't allow him in to guide us around without paying full price for a ticket, change of policy apparently. So we didn't actually get a guided tour. I'd have thought a company like Viator would do their research and keep up to date with the policies affecting any tour they offer but obviously not. On top of that, I contacted Viator for a refund as I didn't get the tour I had paid for, which they refused, with no real explanation other than 'we've investigated and can't offer you a refund". I paid for a tour that I didn't receive, so I don't know under what circumstances they feel they could offer a refund! I'll be avoiding Viator and TripAdvisor at all costs in the future and I'd advise anybody else to do the same! Absolute scam artists.

Very disappointing that no notification of status of tour is given! - Trip was cancelled because closed to International visitors. We were given no notice from Viator and had to contact the local tour operator the morning of the tour when they didn't show up. This operator advised that he has advised Viator many times that this tour might have to be cancelled because of Covid-19 restrictions but customers are never notified!
