Nothing Short of Amazing! - We did this excursion 2 weeks ago and so glad we did it this way! We were on our own pace at our own time with everything we did. Our tour guide was Jaffy (hope i spelled that right) and he made sure to stop at all scenic points for views and pictures. We did Tets Paul Hike, Mud Baths and Volcano Tour along with the Botanical Garden. Lunch was delicious and located right beside the garden. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do Toraille Waterfall because traffic and the distance from where we were staying is quite far. Our tour ended up taking almost the whole day since we were staying on the other side of the island but i would 100 % recommend it felt more like a local experience. This made our stay feel more personal and Jaffy was absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend the Mud Baths if you plan on doing anything! Cant wait for our return to this gorgeous island !!

Her customer service was top tier. I will be recommending her to everyone! I want to give a big thank to my Tour host Gerian, he was AMAZING, Friendly, fun, Knowledgeable, and definitely added to the fun vibe. Best host ever and I highly recommend him. This was the best Birthday experience!

Fun filled, amazingly educational and leisurely day! Best way to experience is a private tour! - Amazing! Our knowledge label guide, German, from Island Taxi made it amusing and fun! Fun filled day with seeing all the sights, learning the history, and experiencing local things, like the food! Loved it!

Outstanding - We booked an excursion with ITT through our Air BnB hosts. There was a miscommunication with the hosts and ITT, we booked a land and sea tour but ITT thought we were doing the land tour only. ITT pulled together and made it a day to remember!! Gerian and Sylvester were beyond incredible tour guides and they really worked hard to give us a great experience despite thinking we were doing a different tour. We missed out on the catamaran that was part of the original tour, but everything else they arranged for us more than made up for it. I cannot praise them highly enough for how well they took care of us. Sylvester is a phenomenal driver and helped prep us for when we rented a car to drive around ourselves. Gerian and Sylvester THANK YOU!

Knowledgeable, dependable, and FUN! - We had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Island Taxi & Tours! From the moment we arrived at St. Lucia Mr. Carswell provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service. Each driver we’ve had (Caleb, Vincent, Chico, and Gerian) were extremely knowledgeable about the rich history of the country and embodied the positive happy aura of island life. We rented car service throughout our stay and they were always accommodating and prompt with the car stocked with snacks and refreshments. Gerian was our excellent tour guide for our private tour in Soufree. We were extremely exhausted but his upbeat attitude was infectious and we were instantly catapulted into a great mood-not to mention he takes THE BEST PICTURES EVER! Plus he took us to some beautiful picturesque spots! I felt taken care of as if we were family and they will truly be missed. Thank you for providing us such a fun and informative time! Go to Soufriere! - Gerian was an amazing tour guide and ensured our day was fun, relaxing, and interesting. From the private pick-up at our villa, to the drive to and from Soufriere… it was awesome. We spent the day snorkeling at Sugar Beach, took a guided water taxi, followed that up with a bath at the Toreille waterfalls… and had a yummy local lunch. Gerian and our driver always made sure we felt safe, made the journey more interesting, and our party of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) left awe-inspired. Will definitely use their services again on our next visit to St. Lucia!!! Thanks Guys!

Great Private Tour - We had a great time on our tour of Soufriere, the volcano and diamond waterfall. Our driver/tour guide Rog (Raj?) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up in a large van stocked with beverages and snacks. He picked us up at our hotel in the north and we made our way down the coast, stopping at some of the overlooks. Our first stop was the Tet Paul nature trail which provided beautiful views of the Pitons and is a fairly easy walk. From there we went to the “drive in” volcano where we viewed the sulfer springs and took a mud bath. We had an island style buffet lunch at the botanical gardens which was delicious, before touring the gardens and viewing the diamond waterfall. It was a lovely day. Rog picked us up and 8:30am and we were back at the hotel by 4pm. I highly recommend this tour for a personalized experience at a reasonable price.

Not worth the money !! - Sorry to say this but felt ripped off ! We booked this tour from our cruise ship. We read 2-5 hour tour so should work Our ship got in at 10:30 am and left at 6:30 pm so we booked and got off ship right at 10:30 am then it went down hill The driver was there but to get to first stop was 1 1/2 hour drive thru town and up mtn all s turns and a driver who was heavy on gas pedal , was roughest ride ever !! We got to the nature walk which was a persons farm with 2 nice views of the ocean and sea , but after walking on uneven paths and mudd they ask you to pay for the tour which was 10 dollars per person , then we said let’s do the lunch as it was already 1 pm as I sat at lunch I did the math and said it is 1:30 pm and we have 3 more tours which the driver said if we rushed 2. 1/2 hours most likely 3-3 1/2 hours then add I. The 1 1/2 drive back praying no traffic we would make ship with minutes to spare ! So this is why he was rushing us to get thru the walk and rushed on roads Not what you want in vacation We told him to turn around and head back to ship as they could not provide us with a real full tour with time allotted and should never sold the tour , even with that we left the restaurant at 1:30 and got back at port due to city traffic at 4:30 ( 2 hours to get back ) no way we could have done all included Plus they don’t included any of the tickets you have to pay for it all !!!! Save your money and find different trip
