Amazing cruise port visit to St. Lucia - Amazing tour! They picked us up right at the port with very friendly and knowledgeable guides. The tour was exactly as described online. We were with our guide for about 6 hours and explored the beautiful pitons, sulphur bath and waterfall. Our guide was helpful, friendly, engaging and made sure we were taken care of on our trip. I highly recommend this tour to those visiting from cruise ships and others who are staying on the island.

Cruise Port Day in Paradise - We had the absolute best day experiencing the island with Duri! He was a wealth of knowledge regarding everything about the beautiful island, he is very personable, friendly, and even was flexible with curating our day itinerary so that we got to see the Pitons from Sugar Beach which was on my travel bucket list. Duri really made the entire day memorable and we will cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommend this excursion A++++

This is the one! - This was our favorite excursion during our cruise. Dari was our guide and he exceeded expectations. He gave us the island highlights, took us to the places on the itinerary, took all of our photos, and altered a couple of stops to accommodate my walking restrictions. He has a great personality. The six hours was packed and worth every cent we spent. So many people returned to the boat disappointed with their day. We returned with memories, tons of pics, and gratitude for landing the right excursion. Book it!

5 Star Service!!!! - I read many reviews on this tour company before I chose them. I had a particular group that needed a gentle kind spirit. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I’ve been to many countries which included all types of tours and this one in St. Lucia was the BEST by far. Duri, D and his team were AMAZING!!!! They were so professional, paid full attention to our needs and request, kind, respectful and very helpful. One stop we went to do the Sulphur Bath, Duri even came inside and became our own personal photographer. I felt safe in an unknown country. D his driver. Wow!!! We had two transportation mangers that offered to hire him on the spot if he ever left St. Lucia. Take my word on this one. No need to look anywhere else if you’re looking for Excellent 5 star service!!!

Nice trip and nice tour guide! - The hike to see the twin volcanos was very nice, along with the panoramic views and the ride to the waterfalls. We enjoyed getting in the water, although it was cold.

Went to the places listed - We (a party of 3) took this tour while aboard the Volendam on December 24, 2024. As per the description, the guide met us with a sign at the exit from the cruise ship terminal. We had asked for a visit to the lighthouse near the port, and that was the first stop we made. I am thankful to A1 Taxi and Tours for accommodating this request as it was very important to one of the members of our party. This is followed by a long drive to the Tet Paul Nature trail. Our guide was the silent type, offering little commentary on St. Lucia and where we were headed. Since this is about a 45 minute to an hour trip, it would have been nice if a trip overview had been provided, and then information about the towns we passed through. As it was, we were told a little about the town when we arrived, and figured out which attraction we were seeing next when we saw the sign. The Tet Paul Nature trail is very nice, not very difficult to walk, with a little climbing. The views from the trail are spectacular. Our next stop was the Drive-In Volcano, Sulphur Springs. On the day we were there the parking lot was overflowing, and the trip from the gate to the caldera took 15 minutes of start and stop driving with people walking all around. We did not partake in the soaking in the springs, but that looked like a spring area that was wall to wall people. Our final stop was Toraille Waterfall. It was so crowded, it was hard to take a picture of the waterfall without any people in it. Basically it feels like every tourist on the island is in line to stand under the waterfall and get their picture taken. The tour ended with our trip back to the cruise ship terminal. The description of the tour says that bottled water and alcoholic beverages are included, these were never offered by the driver/tour guide. Overall, I've rated the tour average. It went to the places listed, and it's not the your operators fault the places are overcrowded. However, I think the tour guide could have been more forthcoming with information not only about how the tour was organized, but with information about the island and it's people during the time we were together.
