Highly recommend - 5/5 The guides were great! Jeffery and Aaron did a wonderful job. You get a history lesson, you get to learn plants and trees and then you finish with the zipline thru nature, which was amazing!

Pure fun! - What a great trip. This was so much fun! My S/O and I were laughing the whole time. The tour guides were great. Safety first, then fun. The tour guides were very informative about the local rainforest. It's not often you get to feel like a kid again as an adult, I can say that was certainly my S/O and myself were feeling exactly like that!

Ultimate 3 was an unforgettable experience - Ultimate 3 was a Triple exciting experience! We were picked up in a comfortable AC tour bus and taken to the rainforest for the adventure.
First we were geared up and our tour guides Shauce and Simeon explained what we were going to do. They gave us a lively and humorous safety talk and demonstration of zip lining with photo opportunities.
Next we boarded the aerial tram for a ride up the mountain with our knowledgeable guide pointing out interesting facts about the mountain.
We then had a 15 minutes hike down the mountain to the start of the zip lining.
What an experience! Flying down the mountain from platform to platform ending with an extra long zip ride.
Then came another hike - up the mountain this time. We reached the platform of the aerial tram car for the ride down to base.
The scenery was beautiful and peaceful. Saw lots of flowers, butterflies and birds. Wished we could have seen the island of Martinique but the weather was cloudy. Our guide pointed out the Caribbean Sea in the distance, and gave us details of the flora around us.
We visited the souvenir shop and then it was time to return back to our hotel.
Definitely recommend this tour for an ultimate experience in St Lucia.

Great experience! - Our host was very informative on all of wildlife and plants/trees of St. Lucia including uses and more. Both he and the hostess were very helpful and safe in getting us rigged up along with getting us connected and unconnected from lines for each platform. Wonderful time and enjoyed it.

Excellent trip - One of the best trips on our holiday. Would certainly recommend. Very knowledgeable young guides. Felt safe on zip lines even though not keen on heights would do again. Great views from aerial trams. Some wildlife seen such as humming birds and a tarantula.

Safe and fun teen family adventure - So safe, organized, and fun! We were just a dad and daughter (13) but there were people in our group of 10 that had varying abilities. Everyone did great.
You can bring a small sling or backpack, you only really need snacks and a secure way to take photos.
Great history too! Would highly recommend the tram+hike+zip. Well worth it! Also, the guide Junior, is amazing!

The experience was ok,... - The experience was ok, but slight oversell. The hike was a walk from aerial tram to and from the zip lines. Zip lines ok, but not very exciting.

Never using Viator again - I booked this tour because they offered transfer from Soufriere. Later after I made the payment, they told me they could not pick me up. After a few messages they offered one pick up location at the other side of the island, and a second one that did not come with enough info. Because it wasn’t made clear where I had to go for the pick up, I asked to cancel because I had to make alternative plans. They canceled and told me it was too late for a refund! I really wanted to do this tour and I couldn’t do it and lost $115 just like that. Worst ever, never going to use Viator again.
