Step 1: Clients book their trip on TripAdvisor, specifying the destination and nature of the trip.
Step 2: The operator will send a courtesy message acknowledging the booking and providing further information.
Step 3: The driver will meet the customer(s) at the specified location.
Step 4: The customer will be transported to their destination.
