Unmiseable adventure - We got lucky enough to see three different types of dolphins, even a baby dolphin, the crew made the day unforgettable and fun. We loved the rum punch and the information that kept providing. We even had the chance to sit in the front of the boat to watch the animals closer :) I would repeat and recommend.

Had a Blast!! - Had a blast watching the whales and dolphins. Daughters were so excited to see so many of them in the ocean. The boat crew did a great job with providing information about the sea animals and their environment. Would highly recommend

Dolphins galore! - No whales on this trip but dolphins galore, too many to count, running alongside and in front of the boat. Excellent views of the coastline all the way down to the Pitons and Sugar Bay. The crew were amazing and fun and the rum punch flowed freely. Highly recommended!

1st time in 8 visits that nothing seen - Again went with Captain mikes whale watch this time with fingers crossed. Unfortunately because hurricane beryl was on its way all the sensible mammals had gone to better and safer waters . We still had a great day the crew was spot on yet again and very apologetic despite it not being there fault back again one day

Fun but wouldn’t go again any time soon - For the price it was lengthy, but not sure if it was a good or a bad thing. My partner was so poorly on the boat with sea sickness so fell asleep and missed most of it. It was an amazing experience to see the dolphins and whales, the staff were attentive and fun, just think it didn’t need to be so long out at sea. But overall a lovely experience:

Nice cruise but in silence - We didn’t see any dolphins but that’s not why I gave this tour a poor review. It was our first time in St. Lucia and we thought we were going to learn a few facts. We were excited! There was some music and then they handed out drinks. There was so much I could have learned about St.Lucia but the crew did not mention any facts about the island or the type of dolphins that live there. I kept waiting for them to speak. Instead, we sailed in silence. On the way back, I was so bored that I fell asleep. I was disappointed and so was my husband. For $105.00 U.S. each, we expected some dialogue. To the Captain Mike’s crew - please include some informative dialogue in your future tours. It would have been nice to learn, for example, when and how the pitons were formed, what kind of animals are native to St. Lucia, plants and fruits in St. Lucia, the industries that exist in St.Lucia, etc. They could have mentioned the population of St. Lucia and the capital city of Castries and what it is like. This would have made the tour interesting. Next time I board a dolphin cruise I will be asking the crew lots of questions (if they don’t offer dialogue and facts).

Not whale season in August - Do your research before booking a tour. It is not always whale season in St Lucia. The tour company knows this and is taking peoples money knowing there’s no animals. Whale season is October-February. Viator does not vet the vendors on this site. Therefore you will potentially be screwed over and can’t get a refund.
