Food was great. Loved my Nola pasta. Staff excellent - I have worked bars/restaurants. Drinks!! Bars mngr beyond great! Ignore b - Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy an evening here. The food and service were fantastic. If I lived here, it would be it!

Fantastic - Services provided by the resort were fantastic. Very nice pools are there for adults and children. We enjoyed to our best. Receptionists were too much professional rather too helping and polite. God Bless them. If I come again I will stay there for longer time.

Wonderful - Hi, i am reaching out today to about David and Josue at Sandos Cancun. These two men helped us with any concerns we had and made us feel welcome at the resort. Bestt customer service - I stayed for one night with my friends and that was the best experience we had at this property. Vrinda and Saurabh were very helpful during check-in and they assisted us where ever we needed something. I definitely recommend to book this place if you are looking for a perfect place to relax and get best customer service

When we checked in, we had a lot of doubts about how the hotel would be. But although the front office did not give us p - I Shweta Jain stayed at Brij bageecha Cukas Jaipur on 16th November and my experience there was very good and the service team there whose name was Faiz Akash Prasanjit. They served very good food. We and I also liked the peaceful atmosphere there.

A most unpleasant experience and very degrading I also feel saddened my fellow members to have tha texperience - I had a meal Christmas dinner with the leisure centre members at the Montenotte hotel Cork December 9th on Monday night I have to say it was the worst meal I have had in very long time I am retired lady and i was in the hospitality area for a number of years First to begin with there was a plaque in the Leisure centre stating 5 starter 5 main course and 5 dessert on Monday night it was cut down to a choice of 3 of starter main course and dessert how deceptive. I ordered Pate which came out on a large plate the size of a potato chip the main course turkey and ham what a disaster a lump of ham a lump of turkey and a few breadcrumbs smothered with gravy what a way for a 4star hotel to present a meal like that all my life turkey and ham was presented in slices with stuffing in the centre the dessert was like mud on the plate I did not finish it supposed to be chocolate fudge cake . I went to bed that night and got no sleep up in the bathroom with a very upset stomach and that meal costed me47 euro I am saddened to say this was a dreadful way to treat a long term member of the leisure centre which I will continue to attend as I enjoy very much for my health but certainly will not eat there ever again Mary Williams member of the Leisure centre

Southwest Airlines/Southwest Vacations ripoff, misleading customers - Southwest Airlines is a very deceptive/crooked company, their packages with Southwest Vacations is a rip off. I booked with combination airline ticket plus hotel. Well, when I got to my hotel I did not have a reservation. I paid with my credit card. Southwest Airlines got their money right up front, but when I got to my hotel, I found out I did not have a room. I paid all this money just for a airline ticket. Very deceptive/crooked of Southwest Airlines, Southwest Vacations has the same logo as Southwest Airlines (the Heart logo) I never thought a company this large would do this. I sent them certified letters twice to the CEO, they could care less, I am writing this because I hate to see other people mislead.
