Very professional - The service on the cruise was great. The scenery was beautiful. The food on the cruise was delicious and attractive. And especially the waiter named Tuan was very enthusiastic. The symphony cruise was really great, the atmosphere, the vibe and the staff were also very helpful and friendly. the cruise manager and he helped us a lot with drinks and food. Must book with their cruise!

Clean cruise, attentive service - Very professional service. The ship is modern and extremely clean. The staff on board are very attentive. The tour guide is a nice and cheerful guy. Really a thoughtful guide. All activities are on the sea - eating, playing, sleeping, singing, swimming... An interesting experience. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Ha Long, I will definitely continue to use the service.

Well rated cruise, great food experience, beautiful views, friendly staff - Thanks for making my trip wonderful. The itinerary was interesting with lots of activities: swimming, boating, kayaking. My girlfriend and I had a great time together. Everything was safe and smooth. Everything was well organized and explained in detail and fun by the staff. Watching the sunset on the boat was amazing. It was my favorite activity. Will come back.

Thanks for the great trip - A reliable address if you want to visit Ha Long Bay by cruise. Friendly, professional and attentive staff. Great experience. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, the food, live music, service, the interior of the ship... everything is worth the price. I will come back when I have the chance.

Unforgettable experience! - The signature cruise gave us the best memory of our whole Vietnam trip. Everything was well planned and worth every penny we spent. The food was delicious, the activities, the cruise facilities, the services like shuttle bus, the customer service from all the staff were perfect and well planned. My favorite was the sunset view on the cruise with my boyfriend it was beautiful. Everything was so luxurious and we were glad we chose the right cruise for our trip.

Majestic scenery. Should come to explore. - The scenery is really beautiful, the food is beautifully decorated, there are many activities about Vietnamese traditions, quite interesting. The tour has many places to visit such as Sung Sot Cave, Titop Island, Luon Cave, ... beautiful check-in, delicious food. Watching the beautiful sunset on the cruise. That is the best time with lots of fun.

The tour was well organized - Excellent half day tour of Lan Ha Bay at a very good price for what you get, the crew were very polite. The stops were good and well organised. The staff were all excellent from the moment we arrived, especially the tour manager who was extremely knowledgeable and spoke perfect English.

Friendly staff and good communication in English - My partner and I spent half a day with these guys. They are a very organized company with exceptional service and friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. They don't have too fast a pace, there aren't too many people in Lan Ha Bay and, honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had on vacation so far!

What a beautiful place! - I did their half day Lan Ha Bay tour package and was very impressed with how well organised it was. The guides were fantastic, very friendly, informative and helpful. The scenery was really beautiful. The kayaking was really fun, some great spots including swimming spots. One of my favourite memories

Tour with many interesting activities - When I joined this agency's short trip of about 3 hours, I felt that making friends was natural and they created a friendly atmosphere. The tour had many interesting activities such as rowing, swimming, taking me into a unique experience through Lan Ha Bay. Highly recommend this travel agency
