Perfect ! Impeccable organization - Very professional travel agency. Everything is very well organized. No waiting. They came to pick us up from our hotel at 5:30 a.m. by shuttle, then by sleeper bus in front of the agency, to Cat Ba where the boat was waiting for us which left 5 minutes after our arrival. Very beautiful day on board in this incredibly beautiful bay. Very good quality lunch. On the way back, the shuttle was waiting to take us to the hotel. Impeccable organization!

Amazing day - Tour was great. Views were amazing. Transport was very well organised. Lots of lovely food and drinks! Trang was such a lovely tour guide and made the day so great for us! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Great boat trip with nice guide - We had a great boat trip to Lan Ha Bay with our tour guide Finn. We did some kayaking, swimming, had a great lunch and went to a fish spa! Highly recommended.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I should’ve known with only two 5 star reviews. - This was the worst tour my family and I have ever been to that deserves no stars. We got on the Daiichi bus to get to Ben Beo Harbour and we met with Nguyen The (who didn’t introduce himself, I just figure it was the guy who contacted me through WhatsApp). He rushed us to get on a smaller boat off on the left side of the pier where normally people don’t descend from. The steps were moldy and narrow and the person who was supposed to support my husband ended up talking on the phone which caused my husband to slip, fall, and injure his whole arm to brace himself from falling into the ocean. When we complained, Nguyen The blamed it on us that my husband went down too fast. I don’t believe it was our fault because after when he fell, they decided to move the boat to the center where normally people are entering the boat from so that my mom and I can get on easier. From there we entered, Cat Ba Eco Tourist which I am not sure if that was the right cruise because according to Viator it was supposed to be a luxury Daichii cruise. The crew ship began speaking in Vietnamese that we were late but that shouldn’t be our fault because we got on the Daiichi bus on time. Now I want to talk about the itinerary that was not accurate with what was promised. According to Viator we were supposed to have a welcome drink upon boarding with a skilled bartender. Instead they offer coffee and tea with a price tag on it. Secondly, I don’t even know if we passed by the Cai Be Floating Market because it was never announced. The boat stopped in the middle of the ocean so people could swim but the itinerary said that we would visit the pristine shore of Ba Trai Dao Beach or Van Boi Beach. We were definitely no where near the shore or the beach. After kayaking we had lunch and the tour guide dropped us off back to Cat Ba Island where the Daiichi agency was when we were supposed to explore the Viet Hai Village on a electric car, get a fish “massage”, and a cocktail party onboard. Instead we arrived at Daiichi agency by 3pm and waited a whole hour to get back to Hanoi at 4pm. The only thing that was accurate on the itinerary was kayaking and lunch. Nothing else was provided. In addition my husband injured himself and could’ve fallen into the ocean due to their carelessness.
