Perfect! Impeccable organization - Very professional travel agency. Everything is very well organized. No waiting. They came to pick us up from our hotel at 5:30 a.m. by shuttle, then by sleeper bus in front of the agency, to Cat Ba where the boat was waiting for us which left 5 minutes after our arrival. Very beautiful day on board in this incredibly beautiful bay. Very good quality lunch. On the way back, the shuttle was waiting to take us to the hotel. Impeccable organization!
