Great Experience Great Communication - We took this bus from Cat Ba to Ninh Binh. The communication was excellent and everything was right on time. They arranged everything for us and were very helpful. The guy on our bus spoke English quite well. I am from the US. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a bus transfer in Hanoi area. I booked through Vexere.com but I think you can book directly through their website. Sometimes the translation is a little confusing but they are excellent at answering questions.

Very easy non stressful experience - Super easy transfers and nice staff who make sure you don't get lost along the way. They stop for toilet/food and update you along the way on whats going on.

Great service! Punctuality! Reasonable price! - During Tet holiday, it's very difficult to find a bus transfer in Vietnam. I contacted several bus companies but only Cat Ba Discovery could tell me their bus service on/off schedule during Tet holiday in advance. Thanks Đang Trung always replied me email quickly. I booked a round trip from Ninh Binh to Catba and from Catba to Hanoi for 9 persons. I think VND 550,000 per person is a very reasonable price. The bus always arrived on time! Highly praised! Once the bus boarded on the ferry to cross the sea, the guide asked all passengers got off the bus and explained to us it's due to safety reason. Then we just relaxed on the deck. When the ferry arrived at the other side, we got on the same bus and continue the journey. The guide in the bus spoke fluent English and the bus was comfortable. There was WIFI on the bus. Class - Great service. My roommates and I went through Cat Ba discovery during Tết holiday. Picked us up in Hanoi at their office and brought us to our hotel in Cat Ba. Vice versa on the way back. Clean, Efficient & Comfortable - The bus is very clean, comfortable and the WIFI actually works; we were able to book tickets and accommodation whilst on the bus with no issues. The staff are accommodating, nice and helpful. The route is direct and doesn't require changing buses at the ferry like some of the cheaper options do. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE - What an absolute scam. I booked online with this company. After I paid never received a confirmation email or anything so I contacted their whatsapp number. Had a brief conversation with someone until they found out id already booked and paid online then they just stopped replying. Multiple messages and calls unanswered. DONT NOT BOOK WITH THESE CON ARTISTS.
