Great Experience on our Excursion - Joined the Catamaran Party Cruise while on a cruise ship stop in Puerto Plata. They picked us up from the port as promised and drove us to the boat. The snorkeling was just ok, a smaller reef. It was a solid 30 minute drive to the boat from the cruise ship port. However, the overall experience was a blast. All of the tour guides were a lot of fun and very helpful. The BBQ lunch was amazing. In addition to snorkeling the boat has a diving board and slide that everyone enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Fun, exhilarating and entertaining - The whole trip was amazing. The crew was lovely and Alex made us feel so welcomed. Snorkeling was beautiful, music, food and drinks kept the vibes going. The slide and diving board were so cool. I can’t recommend this enough. Book this excursion for a guaranteed great time!

Finding Nemo was a success - Fun, fun, fun! The water was spectacular. All of the different marine life made this experience exactly what my family was looking for. Staff made sure everyone had a phenomenal time. They played great music for adults (could skip some songs that used bad language), overall the Catamaran was clean and the food was good. Tony was a great host….

I loved it - The food was good, the atmosphere was awesome! The tour guides was so cool. You must do this! I can’t swim and they helped me in the water and made me feel very comfortable

Nice afternoon - The crew was fun! The drinks were flowing and the food was good! The boat was spacious and clean. The walk to the boat was a bit sketchy but we never felt unsafe. They offered the opportunity to snorkel and although the cruise didn’t go far we had a great time

It was just ok - Snorkeling was fun and the food was good. However it took an hour to get to the beach and an hour to get back to our resort. The transportation stopped two other places to pick up people and that was tiring. The excitement kind of died because the trip was so long. The music on the boat could’ve been better too. Variety would have improved the liveliness on the boat. They eventually let people make song requests…That helped some. We didn’t veer too far from the island which I was unsure why that happened. But maybe it was a safety thing because it did rain earlier that day and it rained more at the end of the day.

Missed opportunity - We had to cancel last minute because the catamaran people didn’t know that we were docking at 8am ship time which was an hour earlier than local time. Because of this we didn’t have enough time to get to the pick-up point in time. The company was very nice about canceling and promised us a full refund.
