Incredibly informative and sobering experience. - Marko was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. He took great care of us, even dropping us off at our next hotel several towns away. Fantastic tour, highly recommended.

Tremendous Experience - Alberto D’Algata was a superb tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the events leading up to, during and after the battle of primosole bridge. He took us to the exact location that fighting occurred and pointed out in great detail how the campaign was won and then lost. He is possibly the most knowledgeable and comprehensive tour guide I have worked with. Great, great day with Alberto.

Should have a different title - For me, this was a fascinating day. I have studied operation husky, the 1943 invasion, so it was really interesting. I was very lucky to have Marco, my guide, on a 1 to 1, and he was excellent, punctual and good company. However, I feel that the title of the tour could be misleading. There is very little to see at the sight of the original bridge, so imagination is important. This tour is all about the invasion and battles in this area, finishing at the very understated but excellent museum. So I have only given a 3 star. Just so people know what to expect.
