Great trip! - We loved Taormina, beautiful town. The full trip is great when staying for a few days in Catania. On our stop at Isola Bella some people from the group complained about the stop being so short. It was a total misunderstanding, the driver was very kind and flexible on how we wanted to stretch our stops and we appreciated that. Very well organized by Tourist Dream, a big thanks to Michela for taking us through all the options on what to visit and helping arrange our return home on the last day.

Great price for visiting 3 places on one day. - Loved the fact that we were allowed to explore on our own and go where we wanted to go without any pressure to adhere with a group. Comfortable bus with a great driver.

Top service - We experienced a misunderstanding, causing us to pay for the cable railway to go to the top of mount Etna without using it. The bus driver, Alessandro, was extremely understanding and helped us to get the money back. Top service and a very nice experience.

Nice tour!!! Mt. Etna-Isola Bela-Taormina - The van was nice, we had some information through the speakers. Practically there was a driver who took us to the places to visit with no guide. The driver drove like he was carrying a sack of patatoes, not humans. It was a good experience because we visited 3 places in just one day.

Not Great - This is nothing more than a taxi ride! I would not recommend it if you are looking for an informative tour.

shared taxi - in all my trips i have never seen something like this-- THIS IS NOT A TOUR!!!!!!!! only a taxi!!!!!! make your maths and take it if you need a shared taxi,which what it is!!!! the driver ,who has not introduced himself, never said hello or goodbye, does not care about anyone just write on a paper the hour you must be back...... those people has to work anyhing else but not in tourism!

Pointless "Tour". Beautiful Country. - This is just a bus ride, there is no additional information, or guidance recieved. I was told by the people selling the tickets that information would be provided with an audioguide as we travelled and I would therefore learn something about where we are going but upon asking the driver about this he acted like didn't know what I was talking about. He took us to each destination, dumped as at the roadside and gave us zero information about where to go or where we even were (although we could decipher that ourself). There wasn't so much as a "This is Taormina." You are better off renting a car for the day and taking yourself on the tour, or better still, using a different company who care about what they are providing to their paying customers. When I went to the ticket office when we got back to Catania and explained to the, the driver pretended that there had been information coming out the speakers, so yes, he then tried to gaslight his customers. The only thing coming out of the speakers was painfully bad elevator music. They offered a discounted tour for the next day, but I politetly declined.
