Marco never showed up without warning - Waited for an hour for Marco to show up and he never did (we were there 15 mins before the meet time). Tried calling the number provided 4 times and he never picked up. Had no warning at all or notice that he wasn’t going to do the tour, only notice I received was a refund several hours later with no apologies from Marco. We actually saw him giving a different tour in Italian while we were walking around the city later.
