Amazing Way to Spend a Day - Incredible 1/2 day on the boat with Joelle and the Captain Giovanni. Joelle is smart and very well informed who seemed to really enjoy teaching us about the history and area as we sailed. We stopped at Ali Costello and swam while Joelle made us snacks and drinks which we enjoyed before we began our sail back to Catania. Very relaxing. Boat is very comfortable for sailing, and enjoyed making new (international) friends on the trip. Highly recommended would do it again if we stayed longer!

Fantastic sailing! - We thoroughly enjoyed the sailing experience - the skipper and our guide Bruna were very knowledgeable and we had a fantastic experience. We swam near the rocks and saw many crabs and fish on the ocean floor. There was a lot of bread, olives, tomatoes and other foods offered on the boat, and the chilled drinks were gratefully accepted. We all had a great time overall. The only confusing part was trying to find the meeting point as it was a little hidden. It is located at the 'Club Nautico Catania' on maps, next to the Vecchia Dogana (top of the left jetty at the Port of Catania).

Sails in the wind and eyes to the sea - Etna Tribe proved to be a guarantee for various excursions: punctuality, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness are at home! The sailing tour with Enrico and Giuseppe (the skipper) was fabulous! We were the only Italians in a group of 9 but they put us at ease in every way. The 4h tour runs along the coast from Catania to Aci Castello and Aci Trezza to stop at the protected marine reserve of the Cyclops Islands, there stop 1h30 for a long swim to admire fish and seabed (masks, fins and a sup available) then aperitif on the boat with prosecco (superlative) and back. You obviously have to know how to swim well because the seabed is about 15 meters and boats dock away from the stacks. Unfortunately we had in a group of foreigners who left a lot and did not return at the scheduled time, it took all the patience of the skipper otherwise he would have left them there soaking!

Go for the trip, not the snorkelling. - Round trip to Cicloppi island, the boat moors at a buoy that is someway off the island. Only small boats can approach. There is free snorkelling equipment but nothing to see really. 17m deep. Water was warm. Lovely snack and beer/wine before the return journey. Especially the pistachio paste on bread. Our host was superb and very knowledgeable, explaining history and mythology throughout. I had assumed we would sail being a yacht but we motored.

Sailing to the stacks - Beautiful experience. Captain Giovanni was very kind, courteous and attend to our needs. Gioele, the equally shrewd skipper, nice and prepared also in telling us anecdotes and a bit of history. Super recommended experience Thank you.

Nice trip. - Nice trip and worth the money. Friendly Captain and Guide who speaks English. Normally it is maximum for 9 people but the boat also sails if there are fewer participants.

Consult boat tour organizer 2 days before departure for weather forecast. - Reservation 1569910861 of travel 29.09.2024/3:00 pm was cancelled before 24 hours of departure. The cancellation was made with the confirmation of the organizer Etna Tribe / tel.+39 0958362956 that the weather forecast was unfavorable for this tour. So I had to cancel according to their Recommendation and Decision. In addition, a 100% refund of the ticket has been confirmed. Communication with them and 5 stars.
