Cannot recommend Giuseppe more highly! - ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT !!
Giuseppe was fantastic from the outset. He was very easy to get along with and put my children and I at ease.
He was very patient and made sure that they were engaged and enjoying themselves on the long climb.
His knowledge about the botany and geology of Etna was particularly interesting for me as an archaeobotany student. He was also able to explain things in child friendly terms.
My kids LOVED being able to run down the volcano and I loved the views.
The fact that he picked us up and took us back to our residence as part of the tour was a bonus. Cannot recommend Giuseppe more highly and hope to return to Sicily one day so that I can do more of his tours.

Unforgettable tour of Mount Etna - Giuseppe was so knowledgeable and passionate while explaining all aspects of Mount Etna. He attended to all our needs and made sure our group tour followed a manageable pace. We truly appreciated getting to know him and sharing stories. Thank you for such a memorable experience Giuseppe!

A mindblowing experience - This was a phenomenal tour. Guiseppe is an excellent guide who was extremely friendly and informative. Not only did he take us on a great hike, he was also able to give us detailed information about the history of Eta and the various types of volcanic rock, plants and fauna that can be found on it. The route he took us on also offered some spectacular views.
It was a fantastic day which has given us memories we will always treasure. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Amazing unique experience! - We highly recommend this hiking and nature tour by Giuseppe! He was an amazing guide, and we throughly enjoyed our hike on Mt Etna. Giuseppe was prompt in picking us up near our hotel, and we enjoyed getting to know him and learning about Sicilian towns, foods, and culture during the ride up. He was very friendly and attentive during the hike, and we enjoyed learning about the history and science of the volcanos here, as well as the wildlife and plants on the mountain. The hike was challenging in a fun way, and the views were incredibly breathtaking. We always felt safe, and are very happy we decided to book this tour with him!

Mount Etna off the beaten track from Siracusa. - Giuseppe is a very knowledgeable and affable guide. His English is excellent and he is a font of knowledge on the natural history relating to Etna. He is a careful and considerate driver also. If you want to get off the beaten track to see Etna ‘through the back door’, Guiseppe is your man! We would highly recommend him. Apparently he hosts cooking classes at his family home near Siracusa too. Something to return for. :)
