• Syracuse - Syracuse, the most significant Greek colony in Sicily. During our visit, we will spend 90 minutes exploring the ancient Mediterranean monuments in the Neapolis Archaeological Park. This park, now a protected oasis, is set in a natural environment and features unique monuments such as: The Ancient Theater, The Ear of Dionysius, The Ropemen’s Cave, The Roman Amphitheater, The Altar of Hieron II, and The Latomia of Paradise.

• Isola di Ortigia - The island of Ortigia. We will explore the historic market, filled with vibrant scents and colors, the Temple of Apollo, the Diana Fountain, the Duomo or ‘Metropolitan Cathedral of the Nativity of the Holy Mary,’ and the Church of S. Lucia. We will then stroll through the narrow streets until we reach Fonte Aretusea, a body of water where the ancient “Ciperus Papirus” plant grows.

• Noto - Noto, a UNESCO world heritage site and the undisputed home of Baroque architecture. Here, we will marvel at the grand Palace of the Franciscan Friars, the Benedictine Friars’ Palace, the Cathedral of S. Nicola, Palazzo Ducezio, and the magnificent example of Sicilian Baroque: Palazzo Nicolaci.
