Enjoyable! - Good value and easy to book. We enjoyed travelling along the coast and the detailed information. We had two drivers, but clearly Alfio was exceptional. An excellent driver, very friendly and helpful. He represents the company very well unlike the driver who took the 12 o’clock bus from Duomo today (17/4) I’m not sure of his name but he was very rude and impatient. Also I would suggest if you are travelling a least a day ahead to book online as you can pay by credit card and don’t have to deal with the rude female staff in the office.

fun - Great driver. Not a lot of stops to get off and see things, but a good way to see a lot of the city. Good info via the translated radio system with earbuds.

Catania - Beautiful trip, splendid places and excellent food, kind and professional Alfio made the trip very pleasant, recommended.

Not value for money - It was lightly raining and the upstairs section of the bus was not protected so most people sat downstairs.The stairs to top deck blocked view on driver's side of bus if sitting in rear section.On both sides of rear windows were large advertising signs obstructing view out of windows.Also being on lower deck of bus prevented view of buildings,statues and other points of interest.

A bus trip to hell with a very agressive & angry driver. - A Bus trip to hell with a very angry &aggresive driver - so nasty was this driver that it really destroyed our lovely holiday in Sicily. I booked for the city by sea bus but by accident got on this bus on return trip (Mazzara to Gardini naxos) - easy to do as both buses look exactly the same. The bus started going to next stop by time I had found my ticket and I showed the bus driver and he started yelling get of, get off - you are on the the wrong bus. So I said I was happy to pay the 16 euro again as I was not feeling well (60 yrs old)which was easy to do as you pay on the bus. The driver still continued to be nasty and treated me like a I had commuted some crime. The whole experience was so shocking, my pulse rate went right up and it took the rest of the day to recover. The dirivers behaviour was so unecessary and so uncalled for - not a nice person.

ESCAPE TOURIST DREAM MALT3 - We are in Malta and we wanted to go to Mdina. We took tourist Dreams and bad experience because the driver did not announce the stops and did not stop. We were therefore unable to go down to Mdina and lost our morning. We informed the person when we got off the bus on our way back to the hotel and Tourist Dreams didn't want to hear anything, blaming us for not having asked the driver to stop. It's true that a tourist knows the places why we take a tourist bus!!! FLEE THIS COMPANY IN MALTA. there are many serious ones I think. In addition, the manager yelled at us on the phone when we tried to explain the situation.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - it’s awful - It’s difficult to express just how poor this experience was. I have to give it 1 star but it barely rates this. Our bus left 20 minutes late but 15 minutes in it broke down. The driver didn’t speak english but fortunately someone could translate. Another bus would be sent. It was. After an hour. Then it ran out of gas so another bus was swapped. Then there were 2 x 10 minute stops on the way up the coast. Not much to see. Possibly more upset by the lack of customer service and 90 minutes of my life I’ll never get back sitting by the side of the road. If you’ve read this far then you should know it’s €15 to travel up and down the NW coast but not much else. Too scared to hop off as I fear there won’t be another bus later - they can’t have that many. The last 15 minutes was interesting but could’ve walked it. No refund. Oh well. Should’ve read the recent reviews

Avoid - Avoid. Terrible time keeping and delays. They promise 10 minutes to departure and you wait an hour! Not worth it. Total mismanagement, incompetence or just a con!

Do not use this company - We took this trip today and it was without doubt the worst hop on hop off bus trip we have ever had. On the outward trip from Catania the audio guide did not work but the public commentary system was in German! We got off at Acicastello, but when we came to return there was no bus at the correct time. We waited for over an hour in Acicastello along with a large group of other passengers until one came which only allowed 6 people on. Luckily we were allowed on, but one of us had to stand until the next stop in Acitrezza and the other waiting people were left behind. Whilst we were waiting 3 other buses from a rival company came and went. An unbelievably bad experience.

very bad experience., completely unreliable. - bad experience. they assure you that you can get on and off whenever you want, but then they have a full bus and leave you stranded. we waited an hour under the sun while on the phone they assured us that an empty shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. we could have gone around Acicastello and instead they made us waste an hour of time listening to their lies. incompetent!
