On this exclusive journey, beginning from a pair or more, in a plush air-conditioned vehicle, you’ll make a trip to Etna, the tallest active volcano in Europe. This exploration is exclusive to your group, ensuring top-level engagement for our patrons. A friendly guide assigned to your group will give an account of the volcano’s creation, the history behind its eruptions, and the culture, myths, and folk tales associated with ‘Mother Etna’ and Sicily. A private ride through quaint mountain communities will take you to a local apiary where you can sample goods produced from the fertile volcanic terrain, culminating at an elevation of 2,000 meters. You’ll visit the craters at this height, soak in astonishing views and browse lava souvenir shops. The tour will conclude with a lunch at a traditional ‘Trattoria’ where you’ll savour organic fare: salami, cheese, ham, oil-soaked eggplant, olives, caponata followed by ‘Pasta alla norma’, local wines and a Sicilian dessert.
