Bacardi Fan Girl - Excellent experience. I learned a lot about Bacardi and the rim making process. I’m much more likely to request a Bacardi rum in my drinks going forward. I also got some cool items for my home bar in the gift store.

Interesting and fun! - Excellent tour. Our guide Will was the very best. Made the tour even more enjoyable!!! We learned about the history of Bacardi and about the different rums.

Awesome - Loved the history behind the tour never knew that Barcado started in cuba. The crew was nice and very informative. Love the barcardi lemon drink

Cheers! - Roger was so knowledgeable and made the experience really fun. I am always amazed at people's ingenuity and how they can do things better. The history was incredible and so interesting. The rum tasting was a plus. The Welcome Center was a great place to hang out with an awesome breeze and great drinks and snacks.

MUST DO! - Parking was easy! Knowledgeable staff and friendly. We would highly recommend the Bacardi Tour. Next we will have to do the rum tasting

Very informative!! - The tour was really nice. We kind of booked the wrong one. We thought we were making the drinks but this one was fine! Very interesting!!

Trip with friends - When you first arrive, you get a welcome drink. Then you get on a tram and go on a very short tour of the premises. After that, you go in a building and do an informative tour in there. I liked it. At the end of the tour, you get to taste the Bacardí. Overall, I enjoyed the tour and would recommend it.

BacardÍ experience - It was great we learned about the culture and history behind BacardÍ, and the taste of the rum was smooth. The workers were very nice and cheerful and the location is a beautiful place to take pictures.

SAVE YOUR TIME - $44 dollars for some bullsh**!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Not worth it! The staff is SUPER RUDE. Was disrespected completely by two of the girls up front Norca and Maria! They have terrible customer service as well as one of the female supervisors. And don’t dare to be late or miss your time they will not accommodate you at all so they say, yet they pick and choose who they want to help because there was another family they had no problem helping them and throwing them into a tour that had ALREADY STARTED! Which I was told was not allowed The tour- it’s 30 min long just to take a 5 min ride to look at buildings, then watch a 10 min video on the history, then try a sip of the special reserve to then end at the gift shop. So $44 for some bullsh**
