Horrible experience, no commication. They got my money and ghosted me. Trip advisor is giving me a refund. - I give this company a zero, Please don't waste your money. No communication. I paid recieve confirmation. The company only responded once via chat. I had to call tripadvisor, whom in return tried to communicate to company several times via call and email. They day of we arrived at site no company was there. I end up paying for another excursion. Their I double paid. The owner text about being in hospital, which I know things happen but was there but workers that could have culminated the info. This was my BD celebration for myself and 6 friends. It was embrassing but we made the best of it. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
