DO NOT HESITATE. GO ! Here's why ... - Know that I am not a family member of any of the tour team, nor am I compensated in any way for the following review. This is my story. My viewpoint is as an experienced global traveler. On this trip, before Morocco, my friend and I traveled Madrid, Valencia, and Malaga Spain; followed by Gibraltar, where we enjoyed a tour of the 'top of the rock'. At the trip planning stage in August, Morocco became an interest. While in Gibraltar, Morocco became my GOAL; and so began my search in earnest for THE tour. Late Saturday, I booked this tour for the following day. Karim, the tour owner/provider messaged me asking me if we could speak. We did so, and, even at that late notice he swiftly and efficiently set up taxi transportation to Tarifa, ferry tickets, our guide, etc.. These next words herein describe how that initial conversation with Karim moved me. During that conversation with Karim, my friend suddenly expressed fear and apprehension. Karim asked pertinent questions to determine how to help. His questions were not in a ‘sales pitch’ manner. They were from compassion. He took the time to understand and then offered solutions of detailed explanations, encouragement, and even offered to cancel the non-cancellable tour without charging me because he had not processed the payment yet. Being the strong, independent, adventurer that I am, I continued to GO FOR IT, even if it meant by myself. My apprehensive friend joined me. Both decisions set Karim in action. His directions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. The following morning, Aissam, our taxi driver was early for our meet, very friendly, and made sure we were comfortable. He had the ferry boat tickets that Karim provided to him. [Note that I also received ferry tickets through my email.] I thought highly that Karim took care of us by providing the tickets to the driver; and that the taxi driver shared that he had them. At the ferry port in Tarifa, Aissam walked us to the counter and ensured we were prepared for the boat, and clearly instructed us where to meet him upon our return. [Note that I am used to taking care of myself, so that this ‘being taken care of’ was very different for me and was a heartwarming experience.] The ferry ride was interesting and relaxing. While onboard, Karim texted me to ensure we completed the required passport review; another personal attention touch for sure. [Note: Karim also texted with the taxi driver and our guide during the tour.] Jasmine, our guide, met us with my name on her [iPad?] screen and a warm smile on her face. She welcomed us and acknowledged and compassionately addressed my friend’s fear. Jasmine took note of my friend’s hearing impairment, and made the necessary adjustments during the tour. To say that Jasmine is a ‘walking encyclopedia’ in all facets Tangier Villa and Morocco is an understatement. Having such a wonderfully compassionate, expressive, and knowledgeable guide who spoke fluent English was a blessing. [Note: Jasmine is well educated and speaks several languages.] Suffice it to say, without making this paragraph REALLY long, Jasmine is an OUTSTANDING guide with EXTRAORDINARY knowledge, skills abilities, and experience. She worked efficiently and effectively as a team with our skilled, careful driver ,as well as with each restaurant owner and the dromedary owners, to control the tour. The vehicle was 2024 Mercedes. The second and third rows faced each other, so Jasmine faced us while speaking. VERY comfortable ride. It was easy to hear every word as she spoke about places and things as we drove by. While with Jasmine, breakfast and lunch were delicious. She asked if she could order for us, to which we resounded YES! Her choices introduced us to typical Moroccan dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her choice of locations were more about knowing and introducing us to the owners/families of the establishments and supporting the local economy vs ‘big chain’ restaurants. The establishments were HIGH quality food and décor, and were very customer oriented. Jasmine remained in control to ensure our tour stayed on schedule. The locations were wonderful; one at the shore and one in old town. Such diversity in Morocco! I could go on and on about seeing where the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea meet, the dromedary encounter and ride on the seashore, the market in old town, and so much more. I expect there is a limit of space for an online review. Suffice it to say: JUST GO. DON’T HESITATE. I’m home now in St Louis, Missouri, USA, and still can see the sites and hear the sounds of my tour in Morocco. My hundreds of photos are a treasure. Karim still texts and encourages my return to Morocco. Jasmine sent me the photos she took for me after my phone battery died during the tour. ‘Family forever’ is their viewpoint, was commented so, and their actions follow. This ‘girl’ is extremely grateful. Blessings. I wish you well. Barbara

Outstanding customer serviceoutstanding customer service - I'm a travel agent who booked with Karim for my client. From the start I don't think I've ever had better communication with a tour provider than I did with Karim. Even towards the end when we had ambiguity with yet another tour provider Karim volunteered to be the go between and take care of things on that end. I recommend this tour and this company to all travelers and travel agents. Above and beyond.

Great Day in Tangier - Karim put together a full and memorable day. He is fantastic and makes you feel like family immediately. Farid was my guide for my solo tour. He was knowledgeable and easy to spend the day with. Saw all the major sights and did Camel ride along the beach. The authentic Moroccan lunch with live music was great. Everything was done to ensure maximum satisfaction. While the stops at shops occurred as one would expect at the destination, there was never any pressure to buy anything. I felt completely safe in Tangier as an American. I can highly recommend this company and excursion. I am glad I took this trip.

Unique and memorable - We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this tour. The camels was an experience that went above our expectations. Food from breakfast to lunch was outstanding typical Moroccan experience. Karim ( who by the way knows everyone) went out of his way to make our visit memorable. Highly recommended

Must go to Morroco - What a fabulous day! Worth the effort to leave Spain / Gibraltar and take the trip across to Morocco! Our tour guide made the day, Majid was knowledgable and made us laugh all day. We saw palaces, spice markets, argan oil and cactus oil shops, local artisans with beautiful carpets. Enjoyed a very funny camel ride which is not usually our thing but was great. Visited where the Mediterranean and Atlantic oceans meet as well as enjoyed breakfast and lunch in Tanjier, all while hearing about their customs and history. Everyone was very friendly. Detailed instructions meant we managed the ferry and customs seamlessly from Gibraltar. Only regret is not having more time. Make sure you get the later ferry back or you'll run out of time.

Beautiful Morocco - I was contacted right away via text by Karim who welcomed us and kept me informed about the tour and explained where to meet the driver and how the ferry ride works. My flight from Canada was canceled and I had to change the tour date by a few days. Karim was understanding and made all the necessary arrangements. The drivers and our guide Majid were excellent. Majid was so kind to us. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Morocco history and culture. My wife and I had so much fun on this tour, we laughed so much. My wife has seafood allergies and Majid made sure the restaurants understood. I feel so blessed that we were paired up with Majid. The food was amazing. The camel ride on the beach was so much fun. Everything worked out so well and left us with unforgettable memories. I would highly recommend this tour, you will not regret it. Thank you so much!

Totally Terrific Tangier - We loved our day in Tangiers with our guide CHAFIK. We saw everything but nothing felt rushed. The breakfast in the mountains was a perfect start but our favorite part was riding camels on the beach! Incredible. Thank you for an amazing, day we felt was made just for us
