While you’re in port in Cadiz, explore the city with a 2-day ticket aboard this City Sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus tour. On this convenient shore excursion, travel around Cadiz on an open-top, double-decker bus, and see all the main sights such as Cadiz cathedral and Puerta de Tierra. Passengers can explore at their own leisure by hopping on and off at any of the 14 tour stops along the route, or stay on the bus for the full 75-minute loop.

Highly recommend - This HOHO tour definitely gave a great overview of the city. Also important is that the audio equipment worked without fail both times we were on. The stops were at convenient locations for shopping and for the beach. Also appreciated was that the ticket included admission to the Basílica Cádiz.

Excellent Lay of the Land View - For many years this type of thing, where available, is one of our first excursions. No matter what town or city it helps you fix landmarks and get an idea of the town size. This has the benefit of a no fuss two day ticket. Bought online and no problems getting on the bus near our hotel. Seconds and tickets issued - very efficient. Reasonable quality earphones. Good language choice and for English a very succinct commentary. Obviously cannot go into the old City but skirts it quite nicely. Recommended.

Great transportation and quick tour - The hop on and off bus is right at the port and very easy to get to. The lines from the cruise ship are long and best to get there early. We got off at the cathedral and walked back to the ship. Turn to number 2 for English translation on the bus I recommend this but it’s not for those that expect luxury high end

Good experience overall - Our confirmation said pickup at the port entrance, however we had to walk quite some distance to get to the actual stop to join the tour. The audio was good, but for some reason kept cutting out. All in all however, it provided a good orientation to Cadiz, which is what I wanted.

Rude guide - The trip was very interesting within the Old Town It clearly stated on our receipt that entrance to the Cathedral was included A rude guide followed me into the entrance and snatched my receipt out of my hand and told me to follow her She snatched the receipt from another lady to show me the difference Extremely rude and aggressive tour guide Very disappointed we did not get to visit the Cathedral

Good for a hot day if you have limited time. - Interesting tour that was very busy. Inevitably some minor issues with the audio connection and there was only a limited commentary on the whole tour. We have been on many in a host of different cities. Some give a very detailed and informative commentary and others give very little. This tour fell into the latter category. An overlong stop by the cruise terminal which was unwarranted. However, if you have limited time on a hot day it is the way to get a good taste of what Cadiz has to offer.

An optional activity - An activity that I advise in moderation. Moving around town is nice but it's AROUND town. To visit the interior, you have to walk there and it is a town small enough for that. Not every bus stop is relevant, and the hour drive corresponds to more than 30 minutes of travel in two directions.... Moreover, the entrance to the cathedral is offered (good point) but no explanation: there are 4 times on the ticket corresponding to the 4 visits. In between, you have to wait... And I pity those who don't understand English or misunderstand... So if you have time and physical strength, do it on foot.

Crappy customer service - Didn't go on the tour. I erroneously scheduled for June 6 instead of August 6 when I will actually be in Spain. I contacted Viator and the tour operator and was unable to get the date changed. I did not want the money back just to simply change the date. So I lost my money. From the sounds of a lot of these reviews I didn't miss out on much of a tour so I guess I saved my time as I will do something else when I am in Cadiz in August.
