The guidance provided is in sync with all the contemporary local rules and regulations. Our half-private kitesurfing instruction offers a reliable and secure learning experience that adheres to the topmost safety practices. The guidance provided is in sync with all the contemporary local rules and regulations. A kite is allotted for three hours on a sharing basis, giving you ample downtime alongside an exciting and fun-filled activity. On basis of our extensive past experience, this method is proven to be the most effective and efficient learning route. The session is arranged for a couple of participants, hence if there’s only a single reservation, we need to find another attendee. If we are unable to find a partner participant, the reservation will be dismissed.

We meet 15 minutes before class at the beach bar "Aqua". Our flag is placed directly in front of the jetty, but usually a bar employee will be waiting for you!
It is best to make your own way to this meeting point.

fully recommended!!! - It was a pleasure, honor and an unforgettable experience to have been introduced to the world of kitesurfing at freeyourmindexperience.
As absolute beginners we were educated about all safety measures and have always had a competent and patient trainer at our side, who has drawn us deep into the spell of kiting with practical tips!
this kite school we can recommend to anyone who wants to have fun learning and want to get an idea of this addictive sport!

best experience ever - A coach to fall in love with! Or do you say coach? Through her experience, Lilli gave me absolute security. It gives you confidence in yourself and lets you discover new dimensions: sporty, individual and with all care it makes kitesurfing a unique experience for you. At different spots Lilli introduced me to the world of kitesurfing in no time. It promotes what is inside you, quickly senses what you are capable of and what you need to stand safely on the board. To improve further, I will be training with her again very soon, and recommend you to try the great training with her for yourself. I am 61 years old and had almost given up my dream of kitesurfing. Then Lilli showed me that almost everyone can kitesurf. It would all be a matter of proper technique and understandable instructions. And she was right!!! I found great fun surfing through FYM and will be back in Tarifa soon to learn more from her.

This is the third time I've been kitesurfing with Lilli and Free Your Mind in Tarifa and I'm definitely planning to do it again next year.
Many thanks for the small but great team around Lilli: super friendly and helpful, totally comfortable, flexible and enthusiastic about kiting and all water sports - I've also been surfing with Ingo on a less windy day and they also organize boat trips etc. if you feel like it.
I was really impressed by the family atmosphere that the small team - Lilli, Gonzalo, Ingo, Chris and Tanja - make so enjoyable. They are always motivated to organize a barbecues together, going out to eat in the city, a night of partying or just being together in the beach bars etc.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Free Your Mind in Tarifa!

Great teachers, great people 👍 - These guys are amazing. This is our third year with FYM and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly, professional and really flexible. They really want you to progress with your kite surfing journey from baby steps and safety to getting that perfect turn and getting airborne. We love Lilly, Gonzales and the team.

Fantastic experience - It was an amazing experience. I did private Kitesurf lessons and everything went perfectly. The instructor was always very helpful and committed. I would 100% recommend Free Your Mind services and for sure I will go back to keep learning and having fun.

What a commitment from their team! - I had a wonderful holiday in Tarifa. It was a good boarding home with a good breakfast, friendly people, and with very good wind and lovely instructors. When the wether aloud we had kitesurf lessons all day long, if we wanted to. And on the odd day that there was no wind, they trowed in a wave-surf lesson for good measure.
All included in the package.
Never seen a commitment like this before, where they go out off their way to make you learn to kite. Lovely!

Kitesurfing in November? It's possible in Tarifa, thanks to... - Kiting in Tarifa in November :-). Lilli from Free your Mind made it possible!
I only needed kite gear - no school and had only received rejections beforehand from kite clubs that had already ended their season at the end of October.
Lilli gave me all the kite gear I needed (12 and 9 kites were in particular demand on these days). On my days off I had 5-6 hours of peak time on the water - even with offshore winds (a first for me - with rescue options using motorboats just in case...). So my "business trip" also became a mega kite mission. Great!
