Relaxed, efficient, and great communication - Being a solo traveler in a new country can be daunting checking out new places around the city but my driver made things easy going, informative, and enjoyable. We shared conversation about our own cultures and landmarks as well as quick efficient trips to each spot I had picked. I felt very safe and I don’t usually write reviews but it was a must this time. I highly recommend this service to anyone that wants peace of mind

Cebu Tours, not as amazing as the Rating given. - We did a private van rental with driver for a 1 day trip to uphill spots and Mactan. The driver was friendly and drove us safely to each destination. He Provided extra insights regarding the places we went especially Temple of Leah. Sadly, I could not give a 5 despite the good service by the driver (although he was quite late to arrive for our pickup) because I’m commenting about the company. Whilst they’re very responsive to our inquiries when we needed to book, they weren’t responsive at all when we needed clarifications on the amount we paid after the day ended. The driver told us to communicate with the office but they chose to ignore our calls and emails. We did not actually go to Mactan, somehow, we forgot about it because our teens started feeling unwell, so we went back straight to the hotel. Being #1 in TripAdvisor and people’s choice award, we felt scammed by this company and it’s not the Filipino hospitality I expected when they chose not to respond and we definitely paid more than what we were quoted over the phone vs email. The company refused to respond even after days of follow up, so we just gave up. The extra monies they took was definitely a shame.

So dissapointed!!! - I gave you a 5star rating before the tour only because I had an easy time booking. But during the tour itself, we were so dissapointed because we were being charged for every place we wanted to go to. You should be more clear about the coverage of the car rental. We’ve never been there so we did’nt know the place.

Worst service from Cebu Viator - Booked for 6 adults. Car that was sent was for 3 adults and 2 small kids at best. We had to ask for a replacement which they offered only after 3 hours. But that time our tour was missed. No refund was provided. Thinking of legal action now.

Not good experience with 1 of 2 mini van bookings - I had booked a Mini van to carry around 6 adult men. What I got was a car with back two seats for kids. Impossible to accommodate. Our request for replacement van was attended to after 2-3 hours by which time our trip stood cancelled. Need better response from Viator and a refund to be processed asap.

Beware of using this tour company - The worst tour company with information on the tour not clear especially to those visiting cebu for the first time and asking for extra payment on everything For me after the driver arrived I discussed with him where i want to go like tao temple and temple of leah his answer was i need to pay extra 800 pesos because it is uphill then i said I wanted to go to simala temple he said this is out of the city so I need to pay extra so from all the tourists sites i was left with magllan cross and saint ninos church to spend 8 hours on I contacted the tour company they insisted that i need to pay extra so i called viator explained and asked to cancel and refund and left the car At the end viator refused to refund me So beware
