Our adventures begin with a guided gentle hike in Dupont State Forest (2-3 miles). Dupont State Forest is home to 6 magical waterfalls and several majestic overlooks. Feel connected with nature by getting up close and personal at the base of a large waterfall for views and pictures. Additionally, an all-level 1 hour yoga class is enjoyed. Imagine a gentle yoga flow with a breathtaking waterfall view! We will conclude by leisurely hiking back to the parking area feeling whole and complete and in awe of our shared adventure.
