Le Cesarine is Italy’s oldest network of home cooks. These passionate and hospitable hosts invite curious travelers into their homes for immersive culinary adventures.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Cooking with Graziella - What a wonderful cooking experience we had with Graziella in her home during our May trip to Sicily. The moment we walked in the door we knew we were in for a treat.
We were taught to make a delicious three course meal and were able to sit and enjoy her company as we dined on our authentic homemade Italian dinner with wine.
Because of our cooking experience, we returned to the United States and prepared a delightful Italian dinner party which was enthusiastically praised.

A special Sicilian experience - We had a beautiful evening in Graziella’s house. A very personal experience, cooking pasta with friends and family. Would definitely recommend doing this for a truly unique experience in Sicily.

Special Experience! - This experience was one of the most special of our trip. I took the class with my Dad and Uncle and we will have this memory forever. My great grandfather was born and grew up in Sicily, and my father has a lot of special memories of cooking with my Nonni, which he shared with our host, Graziella. Graziella worked with my Dad to change one of our pasta recipes a little bit to give him some nostalgia from our family. We listened to fun music and had a beautiful ocean view and just really enjoyed the time together. Graziella is an incredible teacher and she even sent me some of the recipes so I can now make them at home with my Dad. The price was also very reasonable--we made eggplant, 2 different pastas, and Tiramisu, along with enjoying bread and wine throughout the meal. We also got to take leftovers home with us! If you are able to make time for this experience, I recommend it because it will be a special memory you'll never forget!

Great fun, perfect host - My wife and I had such a wonderful experience. The hospitality was second to none and the making and cooking of all the dishes was fun and carefully explained. We would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn how to cook home made Sicilian food and have fun whilst doing it with the added bonus of a great host and stunning views from the apartment

Perfect evening with Graziella! - Graziella was amazing! Our evening was very special. Her warmth and hospitality were just what we needed. The setting was beautiful and the meal was delicious. This will be a special memory we will treasure from our time in Sicily. Fantástico!!

Wonderful hands-on instruction - Wonderful experience! Warm, wonderful teachers. The space was lovely with a great view of the sea from a charming balcony. We were able to make ravioli, eggplant parmigiana and tiramisu all because Graziella was very well prepared and organized. The results were delicious! I would highly recommend it!

Perfect Sicilian experience - A perfect Sicilian experience with a gracious and warm hostess. We had so much fun cooking a delicious meal with Graziella - her home was very welcoming with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend this as a must-see experience if you are in the Cefalu area. Grazie Mille, Graziella!

Would give it more than 5 stars if I could! - Ceassarine Grazy taught us how to make some wonderful meals from scratch, and we learned things that we will be trying at home all the time. The food and wine was wonderful, and Grazy made us feel like we were eating with a member of our family as we chatted about our lives. I would love to take more classes with Grazy!
