BEST EXCURSION EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! - This was the BEST excursion I have been on! My tour guide Paulo was outstanding and showed us so many really cool things during our experience. He took us to three cenotes one which we could jump in, the second was an underground cave with the clearest water I've ever seen, and the third we could zipline into. In between cenotes we got to zipline and they taught my friend how to hang upside down and we got to ride ATVs through the jungle which was so exciting. Then after our final cenote we were taken to a tequila tasting which I was not looking forward to because I am not really a fan of tequila BUT it was so smooth and delicious and the man who led the tasting was so passionate and knew so much interesting history about Mexican tequila so it became its own experience. Finally, we got to enjoy an authentic, delicious lunch of tacos and sides and look through some amazing pictures taken by our AWESOME photographer Latisha! Latisha came in with so much energy and enthusiasm and her smile was truly contagious! Paulo, Latisha, and the man who ran the tequila tasting (that unfortunately I did not catch the name of) were so energetic and made an already very fun experience even more fun and memorable! I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to be apart of this excursion and to have met the crew! If I find myself back in Mexico I will definitely be doing this excursion again!

Nurture Yourself in Nature - I brought a group to Cenotes Zapote as an excursion on our Yoga Retreat. We had an amazing time exploring the Cenotes! Immersing ourselves in nature while nurturing ourselves in the amazing waters was fun and relaxing. Supporting each other as we jumped off platforms and (some) zip-lined into the waters was a wonderful bonding experience. Our guide, Randy, was very helpful in leading us to each of the Cenotes and took great pictures to capture our group in a beautiful setting.
Next time I will wear water shoes for the cave cenotes, bring goggles to see underwater, and bring a water-proof flashlight for even better viewing.
PS, get the ticket with the buffet. You will be ravenous after adventuring and the tacos, with handmade tortillas, are delicious!

Beautiful caves and jumps with plenty of time to enjoy - These cenotes were stunningly beautiful and we loved the experience of visiting four cenotes, two in caves and two open with quite the daring jumps and zipline available for those that like them. It was uncrowded, not rushed, and we enjoyed two of the cenotes with only our group of six! Lunch was good especially coffee and pastries. Being able to book online for transportation from our hotel was a great feature, happy medium between big tour companies and hiring a taxi. Sometimes we did have to look around a bit for our guide and instructions weren't clear at times, like what to do with our stuff, and what to do at the end of how to get back to our driver. Also there were scuba divers when we arrived at one cenote and the guide didn't really help us figure out when they were done and when we could jump. So, it is flexible and not rushed, but also a little hands-off, which I will still take over the super-structured excursions. I visited another cenote excursion later in the week and really preferred Cenotes Zapote. For those planning to visit, I recommend snorkel masks for the caves, looking at the stalagmites underwater was amazing, and towels/clothes to keep warm! The water is a little cool and we were not there on the hottest day, so some of us were really shivering by cenote #3. If you have a fleece you can throw on or wetsuit, those would be great, and big towels.

A lot of fun with freedom - We had an excellent afternoon at Cenote Zapote-Ecopark. What I loved about it was the variety of cenotes and the freedom to explore it on your own. I’ve never been anywhere like this where you don’t have to follow a guide. The final cave was especially great- really big and fun to explore. We’ve been to other cenotes and this was one of my favorites!

Best tour , thank you Jess! - We booked a trip to see the Cenotes and highly recommend coming here. Our tour guide, Jess, or Jessie, was amazing. She gave us the history and taught us why these cenotes are amazing and how/what they do to keep them clean and safe. We went to three different ones, and she explained what was going to happen and communicated very well. She was very attentive and helpful and very joyful to be around with. She was the best, and would hope to have her again when I come back! Because I definitely will! There was easy access to bathrooms, food was authentic Mexican food, loved it!
