Río de Janeiro is an amazing city with so much history -- A must visit - Lucemir was extremely knowledgeable about his city and passionate about showing you the city and highlights you probably would not have discovered on your own. He knows the way to navigate the city and feel safe and secure because theft is a major concern. You can see so much more by going with Lucimer. He is also an exceptional photographer and will ensue you get the best photos.

Rio has so much history to be learned - This was an excellent tour and Lucimer was an excellent guide. He knows the city well and it's history. Rio de Janeiro proper is well worth a tour. We toured areas that were not busy and he was always mindful of our safety. He is also a photographer and helped us compose the best photos.

Pleasant experience - The Lucemir Guide was very attentive, punctual and demonstrated a lot of knowledge and a didactic way of transmitting information about historic Rio. The tour would definitely not be as important without the Lucemir guide as it would not be possible to understand the importance of several places.

Lucamir is the best! - Our city tour would not have been as spectacular and amazing were it not for our exceptional guide, Lucamir. He is passionate and knowledgeable about the history, culture and people of Rio. Everywhere we went he was fondly greeted by people from all walks of life. He is an extraordinary gifted photographer and we now have numerous polished photographs to cherish and remind us of our trip. Lucimir was attentive to our safety and security at all times. He showed us how to negotiate the public transit system. Lucemir is a multilingual, multi-talented lovely person who we will not forget.

Passionate tour guide - Lucemir was an a great tour guide. His passion for the history of Rio showed all throughout the tour. He takes pictures and will do anything just to make sure they come out perfect! He knows how to have fun even while giving such an informational tour. Great tour guide!

Enjoying your tour. - Hi. My guide was extremely capable, and he ensured that I got to see and enjoy the sights in the manner that suited me. I believe that I got to witness and to experience some of the locations in a much more 'hands-on' way than other guides would have been able to facilitate. We visited a multitude of tourist-sites, and i received a detailed background on them,where this was suitable.

Exceptional Guide: A Must for Rio Visitors - We were incredibly impressed by our guide's exceptional service! Not only did he lead us to breathtaking views and architecture, but he also skillfully captured moments we could never have achieved on our own. He shared captivating insights into significant historical events along with his own personal experiences, adding an enriching layer to our experience. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro!

Generally fine, but I wished we had booked another tour. - I took this tour with my wife - we tend not to bother with walking tours - but decided we wanted someone to keep us right in Rio so to avoid accidentally walking somewhere we shouldn't. Lucemir seemed to know the police, the security guys, and all the staff at various spots and advised us areas where we should keep to ourselves or keep our valuables close. I appreciated that aspect and so the walking tour served the need we were looking for. Otherwise the tour content and experience itself was not great, Lucemir insisted he take our picture on his personal camera on countless occasions - maybe this was to limit the time we had our phones out in public - however it felt mandatory and we felt uncomfortable having to constantly resist. Lucemir was knowledgeable on the sights on the tour, however between stops he was more comfortable discussing his views on women and other personal views rather than Rio / Brazil which you might expect on a walking tour. It feels mean writing this and I appreciate that many people would welcome his chat and view Lucemir as a bit of a character but I wished we had booked a different tour.

Dangerous places - The guide in Spanish did not arrive, the guide Lucemir was friendly and spoke in English and Spanish, but he took us walking through places where there were dangers, he was reckless when crossing the streets and talked about the danger of the city and crime, my teenage daughter had TEA an anxiety crisis and we couldn't finish the tour.

I would not recommend... - I would not recommend this walking tour. Unfortunately we learned very little about Rio and the sights that we saw.
