Best family canyoning tour ! - We can't say enough good things about Ticino Outdoor ❤️. A most amazing experience wonderfully managed by Akos and his team. After an initial phone call to assess our abilities and interests he put together a bespoke itinerary suitable to our family. It must be noted that we did this tour with 0 canyoning experience plus an 11 year old and 6 year old child. Let's start by saying that this is the only company that probably has all the right sized gear for small children, including gloves and shoes. This made a big big difference, the moment the kids took the gloves off they didn't want to be in the water anymore as they found it cold. But with all the gear on it was perfect. Akos talked the kids through some of the jumps or slides that seemed scarier to the kids and used ziplines in other places where the jump may have been too high. The kids definitely had some push past the fear moments 🔥 but the over all result was they had the absolute time of their lives. An experience they won't soon forget especially because they worked for it. Malenka was running up and down the mountain setting up ziplines and taking a ton of great photos and videos which were all promptly shared with us at the end of the dAy. Jonah was great with the little one and encouraged him to hike up the mountain to the starting point, was kind and patient and very much a big brother figure. We observed another family group with two kids but only one guide, we were grateful to have a whole team looking after us !! End of the day we were exhausted, but I felt they were also exhausted from making sure every aspect of the tour, encouraging the littles, ensuring safety during more challenging moments, and encouraging the kids to literally "take the leap" was covered! I would recommend Ticino Outdoor to any family especially that would like to experience canyoning in an appropriate, well equipped, bespoke , personalized manner!

Amazing day - Brilliant! I can really only recommend it: beautiful landscape with bright blue pools and rushing waterfalls, the adrenaline rush from jumping, abseiling or water slides and on top of that a really nice guide! Thank you for this great adventure!

Challenging, beautiful and safe! - It was much better than expected! My gf and I were total beginners and I have never jumped into water from 2m or higher. But the three guides were super cool and chill and knowledgeable that made the experience super fun and challenging. There were a couple of jumps that were way over our comfort zone, but they had always an alternative. So we didn't feel pressure. One thing that may not be mentioned enough here is how ridiculously beautiful this canyon is. We will definitely be back :)

Great adventure for the whole family - The tour was great. The guides were super competent and patient. We felt safe all the time and the guides took care that the children had fun even with the higher jumps. The foto package was worth taking, it is a great memory to an exciting day and to show granny how courageous the grand children are. Also for us adulte the tour was very exciting and varied.
