You will discover where to buy ecological, transparent and bio groceries that benefit not only you as consumer, but also the local farmers. This stop includes our first tasting - a seasonal product from farm to table.
- Zurich - The next stop is related to the food innovation. We will look at new and innovative food projects in Zürich related to food growing and/or food processing. Join us to visit an urban garden, a plant-based food factory, or a local farm and taste delicious produce from our hosts.
- Zurich - Our last stop will be all about the enjoyment! Food connects people, and together with the local chefs, we prepared a delicious tasting menu with Apero for your and your fellow travellers. You will be introduced to an innovative foodie scene of Zürich, and discover restaurants that place environmental consciousness at heart of their business models.

Our Conscious Foodies tour takes you right to the heart of this movement! Local food pioneers will share their expertise and, of course, their delicious and nourishing foods. The tour features various food tastings along the way and concludes with a rich Apéro, all prepared with love and care for both the planet and its people.
